These were shipped in an envelope that offered no protection to the product - not even a bubble envelope! They were crammed into our PO Box instead of hand delivered like we usually receive our packages. All the squares are squished so the caramel is not inside and you're just eating a chocolate. The chocolate itself doesn't taste good because it looks like the item got hot. Either that or they were OLD. You can see from the picture the chocolate color is off. Really disappointed in this. We ordered these as a pick me up for the office. ... show more
