Bought this for its safety. It’s well insulated for shock and impact absorption. It’s DOT approved. I would’ve given it a 5 star had it not been for the issue of wanting to pull up to the back of my head when a sudden strong gust of wind fly by like in a passing big truck. Also in a high speed on the freeway. Adjusting the chin strap to make it tighter only chokes me. It still wants lift upwards to the back of my head. I like the German style of the helmet. Texture is obvious cheap, and set up of padding looks like the helmet is on top of another helmet. "DOT approved" lol. I'd be more safe going down on my bike with a bandana on my head.
