This Sandalwood fragrance from GF Trumpers is excellent! It’s very versatile and you can wear it formally or casually. It is great for Spring, Summer and Fall months.(I don’t think it would fair too well in extreme cold) The fragrance is clean and has a nice smooth creamy sandalwood scent. My number one Cologne. Has a wonderful spicy sandalwood scent with citrus undertones. I like it better than Taylor’s of Bond Street which I find too sweet. I also recommend their shave cream and skin food.

Believe the hype: I got this after noticing the great reviews it got on Fragrantica, and indeed, this smells every bit as good as I’d hoped. Warm and comforting and classy — it’s probably the best Sandalwood Cologne around for the price. I’d call it Masculine but you could probably call it Unisex (though I don’t find it Feminine). If you’re looking for a great affordable Sandalwood scent to shave with, try Proraso Red. Most will find this better suited for cooler weather. ... show more

What a waste of money! Very bad cologne from presentation to scent. Not even my grandfather wants it so I’m sending it back. Duration is poor, does not project at all, and weak performance

Sure it doesn't last as long as some other colognes I've tried, but they don't smell this good, and it's a scent that is good when it's subtle. Starts off a hint perfumey and then mellows into an enchanting smell that words like "musky" can't really encapsulate. It's like the best incense you've ever smelled without the smoke. One of those smells that can't really compare to anything but itself. Looking for something that wasn't too loud either in an aggressively masculine or overly floral way, and this is spot on.     • Superior to all sandalwood colognes i have tried.
Just got my first bottle, I will buy again. I have tried Elizabeth arden,,, horrible cologne, caswell Massey is pretty nice, this however, is superior. Beware, it is not very impressive at first, it must settle five or ten minutes after spraying and then it becomes magical. I have found that it stays closer to its opening scent when applied on clothes which doesn't have a whole lot of sandalwood scent to it,but, apply to skin and sandalwood takes the four front and put the other smells behind it. I'm a sandalwood freak, I ware it directly on the skin and just a dash on my clothes. It smells amazing. When it comes to sandalwood cologne, this one has the most detectable sandalwood scent I've smelt so far, especially applied directly to skin, let the atomizer do its job though, stand back and mist yourself. Well worth the money and it has authentic sandalwood in it. Remember.... Spray on skin for the real magic. ... show more
