I really like this handbag. It is beautiful. The reason for 4 stars is that the color is not really as described or as pictured. The actual color is is dark golden brown and not a medium brown. The bag is still beautiful and I am satisfied but was really looking for a lighter brown.

Received compliments. I usually buy a Coach bag for every seasons. I purchase a few others year round for a good price. Well no autumn Coach this Autumn, maybe during a sale next month. I wish there was art on the other side. I may have my shoe cobbler put something there.

    • Beautiful bag but .....

Thus far I’ve received two of these bags with third one on its way. First two handbags have major tool & die defect in clasp that attaches shoulder strap to bag: it doesn’t open! The first one has been returned, second one just delivered with same defect. I’m waiting on the third bag for delivery to see if same problem, and if so perhaps I can interchange part of shoulder strap, but only if the correct side clasp is correctly die cut to open. Strap comes in two sections that buckle in center, so if the correct section is not flawed it can be used/ interchanged. . I’m keeping my fingers crossed bc this is an absolutely beautiful handbag that only has one terrible flaw in buckle/ clasp, which prevents it from opening and being used as a shoulder bag. This bag is absolutely beautiful… I love the color patches… it’s very artsy and unique… the only thing I didn’t love was the color… I ordered the brown which on the screen looks like my signature go to color of light brown leather… it was the reason I brought the bag… what I got was a dark brown bag … still beautiful but for what I paid I wanted what I originally thought I was buying… I ultimately returned the bag although the sellers we’re understanding and responded quickly to my concern. They even refunded me $50 if I wanted to keep it which was great customer service. Please don’t let this discourage you in buying this bag… the craftsmanship is amazing and the leather is beautiful … just know if you buy the brown one it’s dark brown not the beautiful tan that’s pictured… hope this helps! Also something different I noticed… the light brown bag had a black box inside of the pink box and that’s missing from the bag I received. The colors of the squares are also darker ... show more
