This purse is actually made of a high quality leather.The width is not huge, and will not stand up when filled. it lays on it's side when full. it will hold a fairly decent amount of things. I have two wallets, a coin purse, glasses, my cell phone and kleenex in the main compartment, and it all fits well. The other front zipper pockets are good for gift cards or coupons. I even keep a small knife and pepper spray in them. The strap adjusts to a good length for either wearing high up against your body, or long enough to wear it criss cross over your head and next to your body. I actually bought mink oil to keep the leather treated, so that it would be waterproof and repel possible stains. This bag is perfect. I carry a long wallet, which fits inside along with my reading glasses and my Galaxy S21 phone. There’s also plenty of room in the 2 outside zippered pockets for all the little things I carry. My 10 month old granddaughter splashed tea on the outside of it with those busy, flailing little hands of hers, but I just wiped it clean with a damp rag and you can’t even tell. I zip and unzip it often, and no problems with any of them. I like the adjustable shoulder strap, because sometimes I want to carry it a little lower to be able to reach inside it without taking it off my shoulder. Very much recommend this bag. ... show more

I love this purse! It is super cute and fashionable. My favorite part is how it is a cross over bag because then it doesn’t fall off my shoulder. The size of the bag is nice, and I enjoy how it is flat so it rests nicely against my body, however it doesn’t fit as much as I thought it could.     • Too Narrow of Width to Use Comfortably

I really hoped this purse would work out, but it's just not useable for me. The 11"L x 2"W x11.25H" dimensions misled me to believe that it would be big enough, but the 2" width of the purse makes it too narrow to use. I could put my small wallet, phone, and a cosmetic bag in it, but items had to be stacked on top of each other. To reach something at the bottom, I would have to take everything out. And the more you put in the inside decreases the ability to put anything in the outside pockets. Just not practical to use, especially if you have to pay for something and your wallet is at the bottom. The color and leather is also not what I expected from description and reviews. The purse color was very dark chocolate brown (almost black) and the leather was a rough leather- stiff and cardboardy, nothing like the video one reviewer posted. You can't really go by measurements. I found a purse online by another brand that measured 11.25'' L x 2.25''W x 10'' H and it is at least twice as roomy. I can put everything in it and still have plenty of room left. It must all be in the design. ... show more

So happy I got this bag! I was looking for something that could hold my necessities but not be too big so I would try to carry around too much stuff. I love the 2 pockets in the front and all the pockets on the inside. It has help up well so far, I hope it continues to last well. It's comfortable as a cross body or just on one shoulder. At first glance on amazon it appeared that this bag was purple, but the color was listed as brown. I liked the shade so I ordered the bag on Prime Day. It arrived very quickly and the first thing I noticed was, NO SMELL. It was made in India, not China where sometimes things have a chemical odor. The color is a dark cocoa brown and the leather is buttery soft, supple, and just slightly distressed. It almost feels like suede. Anyway, the size is good, although 1-2 more inches in width would have been nice, but my wallet fits in here fine and the two large outside zippered pockets are great for your phone, work badge, keys, etc. There's also a large zippered pocket and a small non-zippered pocket inside. The strap is substantial and can be adjusted to your liking. Highly recommend this bag! ... show more
