  • No issues, I'll post progress photos, here is ...
No issues, I'll post progress photos, here is the unboxing. I noticed other reviews about dented parts, no issues here. Start up was quick - just added gas and spark and away she went, final install photos in my 67 Camaro attached, I've got a rough idle but I believe it's the idle fuel mixture which I'll have to get on tomorrow, I'd buy again but I'd have someone else install, actually if I ever do this car again I'd go with the rollar lifter engine rather than the flat tapp, just gota remember to add that zinc.. Just remember, this is not a race engine, its got some nice pep and get up and go and its quiet and smooth, so if you that's what you want this is for you. Still very happy. 1/17/18 Update: I've been running the Holley Sniper EFI on this engine, had some issues, if you buy this engine and you go TBI EFI then make sure you go SINGLE plane intake, I was running an airgap dual plane and having some minor issues, I changed this last week to a single plane and its like a new car. Still Happy with my engine. 3/20/2018 Still going Strong, my Holly TBI is all tuned in, engine idles almost as smooth as a newer gernration engine, got just a very slight feel but its about the same as the wifes new car at idle so I'm very happy, From a dead stop its smooth and quite still, and I'm running very quiet muffler so its got that new car sound. Make sure to add your zync at oil change to keep the cam happy. But still a good buy. 4/25/18 Still Very Very happy, Below I'm going to Post some Tuning info, engine is running great but thought I'd post to both help others and as well to look for feedback on what others did for to get the best idle and power curve, Here's mine, comment back with what you did or if were close: Timing Mech: Inital 11deg WOT: 29deg Vamuum: Limited to 10deg Idle: 21deg // cruze: 39deg This gives me a cool rock sold idle, very quite accel with very good pull, have not tried to spin the tires but it feels like it would even with the posi I have. Any feedback with what your using on this engine I'd love to hear from you. Ken ... show more

  • Warranty sucks, find something better to throw your money away on, please!!!!
This is by far the worst investment I’ve ever made. Ordered this engine in July of 2016. Doesn’t have 5000 miles on motor. Mechanic finds that cylinder is gone reason for absence of oil pressure. Contacted seller. Due to vehicle being a 1970 Chevy Monte Carlo, warranty would not be for 3 years 100000 miles but for 1 year. Although vehicle is garage kept & oil is still changed periodically. This by far is the worst buy I’ve ever made. Seller says “someone” should have contacted me after purchase with this info. Never heard, would have cancelled order then. Simply because my vehicle is a 70 & not a 73, huh. BY FAR THE WORST BUY IVE EVER MADE. Couldn’t submit without at least a star. Motor & seller do not deserve a 1/2 star ... show more

  • Awesome product at an awesome price. highly recommended.
Fit 84 GMC K1500 great. I added serpentine system long tube headers and edelbrock performer with edelbrock carb. Runs like a banshee. Very pleased with this chevrolet performance engine. I have about 350 miles on it now so still haven't opened it up but can't wait to see what it's capable of.

The engine was set up for the application. Engine was securely packaged in a nice crate, wrapped in plastic and all open holes were capped off. Only on tiny issue was the block was missing a 1/4" tapped hole for the plug wire heat shield over 6 & 8. Engine installed, runs smoothly, quietly, has good oil pressure and is quiet. ... show more

  • Awesome Power
This is an awesome engine for the money. No core deposit required because it’s a new engine . You won’t find a better deal on a New GM 350, 4 bolt main anywhere. With a few upgrades for looks and Performance you will have no problem getting 250 to 300 hp out of this baby. I added an intake, 650cfm carb, chrome valve covers, and a chrome trimming cover. This engine started right up and runs perfectly. ... show more
