Defective Kayaks were sent out, and I requested a $500.00 credit for the missing parts and holes in the kayaks not being drilled. Company did not offer a postage-paid-label. I filed an A-Z claim, which then got me a postage-paid-label option. For the price of these kayaks, the workmans ship is terrible. ... show more

After ordering the crystal kayak, the customer service center did an amazing job answering the questions I had regarding pick-up and delivery. They were helpful and attentive and made the process easy and convenient. My husband and I also love the kayak and can't wait to take it on vacation.

Return policy. The kayak is gigantic. One person cannot get it onto a car. Company will not let me return the kayak.

I saw this kayak and just had to get it! This just took it up a notch... So much fun viewing underwater life! We live in La Paz Mexico where the water is crystal clear so it works amazing!

Flimsy, cannot be used in waves, barely is stable with one person in it; 2 adults is a joke. Material is not sturdy and is an absolute maintenance item. Don't think you can see in the ocean..it needs a stream to work that is not too deep. Would not recommend to anyone.
