I’m very disappointed that this package did not come with neutralizer shampoo. The package was misleading. I would’ve never ordered this twin pack if I were aware neutralizing shampoo was not included.

I normally get 4 applications from this kit having short hair. Maybe it is the difference between a store purchase and here. Product is fine but the value is bad
