Not sure why people are complaining that there’s no shampoo or leave in conditioner. This pack is for professional use; you bring it to your salon. They have everything to wash it out approximately.

Only relaxer i have used that doesnt hurt at all. You could have it in for an hour and wont feel a thing.

Quick question do the relaxer containers creme comes unsealed. Mines just had the lid no seal under. My bottle of activator spilled in my box so all I have is one bottle for two relaxer. Has this happen to anyone
