Save yourself !!! I was amazed on how poor the quality was on this. Leather man did not fit properly. The pen holder was too small and the overall quality was so substandard. So let down. My loss is your gain. Save the 24 dollars and have a few drinks and thank me.

Pretty cool product, just note that the compartment where the flashlight is located, has a hollow bottom so you can put other items through it that are longer. The middle compartment where they show a pen, isn’t ideal for most pens because it is much smaller height wise when wearing it and sitting down. The middle compartment is sealed. While this is a very nice product and seems well made it was just a tad too long to fit between my belt loops. At 7.1" wide I thought it would be ok since my belt loops are 7" apart but it still bunched up quite a bit and didn't lay flat against my waist. My waist is 32" so it should be ok for larger waistbands. ... show more

Bought this on a whim as it solved a problem. After purchase, realized that the pen hole is too short and too tight for any of my EDC pens. The pen pocket is even too tight for a Sharpie. The multi-tool pocket was perfect for my application (Gerber Auto) and the flashlight slot was fine as my Coast inspection light fit fine. I wish the flashlight pocket had a bottom as it makes the retention rely on the clip of the light, but many lights will use the housing of the projector, so no negative there. The BIGGEST ISSUE is that the leather is too soft! The length of the product makes it scrunch up and create a gap between the unit and your side. This made it annoying and the only solution was to reverse the belt over the top of the unit... which makes it fit and look awkward. The SECOND ISSUE was that the leather is not crafted correctly with a glued edge. They use a cheap plastic band to cap the leather grain. This quickly failed and started separating the entirety of the unit. I will be replacing this unit with a dedicated flashlight/multi-toll pouch and skip the pen pocket and the useless-to-me key hook. ... show more

I needed a way to carry a pen, more than anything. I have to do a lot of writing for my job, and I work in Texas, so I can’t always wear a shirt with a pocket, and I hate putting pens in my pant pockets. I have tool pouches and packs, but I wanted someone minimal, and this seemed to be a good fit. I’ve been using it for a little over a week, and it’s holding up well, and doing the job. Wanted to by a pouch from Raine Co. made of Denier 600. But was unavailable. Does not stretch. I found this. 1. I love leather but.. this is fairly thin and stretched pretty easily. My flashlight had a head larger than the body, but eventually sunk into the pouch as it stretched. Note first picture I had to rivit and stitch the pouch to shrink it. Bought a flashlight with a clip. Works fine for my pen and Gerber multitool. 2. I have the one with the belt loops not clip. They stretch and the pouch weight pulls it away from the belt. Note picture 2. I sewed a piece of nylon strap on the back in the middle as an additional belt loop. Secure now. 3. Rides high on your belt and the leather is not high enough to protect your skin from the tools if you do not have your shirt tucked in. Have not fix tha yet. 4. One side note, since you can stretch the leather, you can pre-stretch it with a piece of PVC etc., if what you want to put in it does not initially fit ... show more

I have to say it. It smells pretty good. Just like leather! I say that, because in today's world, you never know until you get something if it is actually leather or not. I showed this to my lawn guy and his wife and they ordered one for each of them, that night. I really love this thing. My only wish is the flashlight holder was just a little bit bigger to hold my ThruNite TT20. It does hold my TN12, perfectly though, which I think is a hair over an inch in diameter. I won't remove any stars for that, as the max size was stated in the description. I purchased the one where the pen holder was open on the bottom as I wanted to put a slightly longer EDC fountain pen in there and I didn't want it sticking me in the ribs. It worked out great. The multitool/Knife holder is a good size. It will fit my Griptilian just fine. My Para 2 is a bit tight due to the height of the Spidey hole, but it's workable. These are probably the largest folders I have. I don't really carry a multitool, but a common Leatherman or Gerber will fit well, also. All of the pouches have a way to push up from the bottom the help remove a tool if it is a bit tight. I imagine, being leather, it will kind of mold itself to the tool if you use a certain one, exclusively. I change them all the time, so I don't know. The key ring holder is also a great feature. I used a Idakekiy for many years and just hooked it to my belt loop, but the integrated clip on this organizer works just as well. The only thing I wish it had, would be an extra loop in the center to keep it a hair more stable. Not such a big deal. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. It's a great product at a good price with excellent quality. No complaints at all. ... show more

Has what I wanted! An open bottom pen slot so a regular sized pen can hook in. Many have a closed pen slot and the bottom bottoms out leaving much of the pen hanging out. The big pouch has a cutout to easily push whatever knife/multi tool out of it. Then the round slot is open bottom for a flashlight. Plus a key holder. A little thicker leather would be nice but is sufficient. ... show more
