I’ve been looking into something like this for my son with autism for a while but they were always so expensive. These were on sale so for the price I took a chance. They feel kind of cheap but the light works wonderfully it’s very bright and the remote allows you to change the colors easily. You can also tap them to change colors which works decently well. The adhesive they provide is garbage lol I used the command hook stickies and they worked perfect just don’t rely on the provided adhesive tabs. The media could not be loaded. I got two of these because they were on sale for $20. I was worried about getting one so cheap because I did want sleek design but at the high prices these lights come in, 6 for $20 is a great deal. ASSEMBLY: These are easy to put together. Each tile has a USB Port and a male USB plug so they can all be attached. The addition of the snap in harnesses make it easy to connect the tiles to each other. ADHESION: Mine have only been up for less than 24 hours but so far so good. I purchased some Adhesion stickers just in case. The box come with an adhesion sticker that is circular and fits perfectly on the back of the tile in a designated space. There's also an additional connecting piece so the tikles can pick up your music and connect to the remote which fits snugly into any tile. EDIT: A week later and the tiles have fallen off the wall in the middle of the night. Buy your own stronger adhesions! BRIGHTNESS: The tiles get decently bright but one set of 6 is NOT enough to light a room for clarity. Only for mood lighting. The arrangement of colors is basic but fine Red, Blue, Green, Orange, Yellow, Pink, Purple. Some of the blues and pinks look basically identical but it's still nice. FEATURES: The remote comes with 8 buttons for color which each button having 2 versions of that color. The remote is the only way to control the tiles. There is no app. The remote is small and comes with buttons for Brightness, Color, Power, White light, Timer, Mode and Music MODE: Mode is a cycling of the colors. One is a chase sequence where the lights cycle clockwise one color after another. The other is all the tiles in one color fading into the following color. MUSIC: The tiles can also react to the music you have playing. This typically just picks up the beat and cycles colors based off of that. It's not much but it's something. OVERALL VERDICT: These are certainly cheaper options and lack some features of their more expensive counterparts. However they serve the same purpose and can still spice up a room in a exciting way. If you're going for affordable this is it. Get a few and then maybe add more expensive options to your grouping later. ... show more

I bought two packs of these for $20 each for my son. He loved the idea of putting them together in his own patterns. The colors are super bright (can be dimmed) and vibrant. He loves all the settings, especially when music is played and the lights go with the beat. They are simple to set up but I wasn't crazy about the circular adhesive tape that goes on each light. I was concerned about too much damage to the walls when they get removed. So, I ended up buying a thin piece of wood and cut it to the pattern my son liked, attached a picture hanger then hung it on the wall. Can't see the wood and I don't have to worry about damage to the walls. Like other reviews, the adhesive circles that are included are terrible. I had to buy command tape instead. Otherwise, everyone loves these, we definitely recommend them. ... show more

Their rgb looks great but some pieces love to unsync from the rest so we have to constantly reset them almost weekly, they also have loose usb connections to each other and break apart and fall off the wall alot so buyer beware and keep an eye on them!

The media could not be loaded. Got these for under $20 per set of 6 while on sale a few months ago. 1 hex did come with a rattling broken piece of plastic in it but I will forgive that as it didnt seem to impact anything else. Instructions say that you can hook up 12 at most, and I saw other reviewers mention problems. I was able to get 18 of them to run fine. The trick is to make sure you are providing enough power and at the right locations. If certain hexes appeaer faded/lighter than other areas, it probably is too far from the current hex that has the power plugged into it. I would distribute the power as much as possible instead of all in 1 spot. The example pic/vid I posted is of my setup (pawprint) as I wanted to use it as a makeshift memorial for my dog that I recently lost. You can use USB-A extension cables to space the hexes if you want. You only really need 1 of the sensors for the remote to be attached (unless you wanted different groupings). The sound reacting mode is pretty solid too and I was surpirsed with how bright these panels can really get. Of course they are remote only. I wish it was Google/Alexa compatible but for the price I paid I already am getting enough value. Would def reccommend if around the $20-30 mark for a set of 6. ... show more

Bought these a month ago for my gaming setup and these DO NOT STICK! i used the adhesives that the company gave me and they fell within the same hour i put them up. I tried command strips and then two sided foam adhesive tape over the next week . Nothing worked. Woke up multiple nights to these falling off the wall and these are simply horrible quality. So please stear clear and dont waste your money! ... show more

At first, they were great. Then, they stopped syncing, started flickering, and then eventually stopped responding to the remote altogether. As others have mentioned, the adhesives are weak. Yeah, they’re cheap so I wasn’t expecting a competitor to the nano leaf and govee but I did at least expect for them to be functional for more than a few weeks ... show more
