I purchased this with confidence due to the lifetime warranty. This juicer came super quickly and was in protective packaging. I followed the directions and cleaned it before letting it run for a few minutes before using it. There is a slight smell in the beginning, but that is normal. Very easy to operate and clean. This extracts a LOT of the juice, I just wish it had a pulp strainer. The juice in the photo is just TWO slices of watermelon- I am absolutely floored!!

The media could not be loaded. Well it’s my first time juicing and it’s amazing. The only real problem that I have with it is sometimes the pulp can be overwhelming, so I have to strain it with my tea steeper but other than that I love it … It’s good with tough veggies like beets carrots and celery… and even though the product says you can put a whole apple in there I would recommend slicing them up… and for the roots like turmeric and ginger I would cut them up too just because sometimes the whole ginger gets kind of stuck in the machine :)
