Great sturdy double keyboard stand

I'm really happy with this. Was looking for a stand so that could support a Roland JX-8P (a heavy beast) as well as a second keyboard. I ordered this as a Warehouse deal and it fit the bill perfectly. It's much heavier than I thought it would be, but very sturdy. Not so heavy you couldn't gig with it however. With both keyboards on it, it barely moves, even on carpet. There is a minor issue with the second keyboard not sitting completely flush on the top braces, but the "gap" is small, and this is a common issue with two tier stands. It was listed in "acceptable" condition, but there was only minor cosmetic damage, a couple small scratches basically, although the box was quite beat up.

A good X-Stand
Style: Single Tier - Double Brace
Sturdy. Holds my 66 pound Yamaha P-200 nicely. And very easy to adjust. Note that its height adjustment is not continuous. It moves through a series of discrete increments determined by its interlocking teeth. Fortunately, one of those increments is 24 inches, which puts the height of most keyboard keytops at 28-1/2 inches - the Steinway standard height. One strange thing about all these X-stands I have seen: They have rubber cups on the ends of both their feet and their keyboard support members. But only at the ends. I would think that, at least for the keyboard support members, it would have rubber over at least most of each support. My P-200 overlaps about 1/2 inch of the rubber in both the front and in the back. Not exactly optimal. I would like some rubber support in the middle as well.

Great Three Tier Keyboard Stand
Style: Three Tier A-Frame
This three tier stand is great! I use it for one if my Kawai stacks, with a K5000s on the bottom, K1 in the middle, and session trainers on top. Attaching mid-tier shelves was easy too. Another great product from Gator Frameworks!

Great Price. Will NOT hold 200lbs, manufacturer exaggerated specification.

It's cheap, and adequate for the task. They specify 200 pound limit. That's a deceptive exaggeration. I weigh 130lb and put my weigh on the keyboard support bars. The x-members deformed slightly but permanently, The unit did not collapse. I'm keeping it because it will work for my purposes. OK for average user.

Rack 'Em Up!

Extremely sturdy and easy to attach to existing rack set up. The build quality is excellent and sufficiently adjustable. Styling is modern and unobtrusive to suit most studio environments. Does arrive with a fair amount of packaging but that's probably due to the substantial weight of the product. #recommended

Good strong keyboard stand.
Style: Two Tier - Red
Solidly built, stable, and the upper supports are very adjustable. I currently have this set up holding a pretty heavy keyboard Yamaha PSR-E463 61-Key Portable Keyboard that I bought, and the upper arms adjusted in holding my little multi-track studio Tascam DP-24SD Digital Portastudio 24-Track SD Card Recorder, and this is with the base opened wide to have the keyboard down at a seated level. Everything in one place and easy to use. It does fold up nicely if you need to throw it in the back of a car to take to a gig or rehearsal.

So-so product
Style: Third Tier Attachment
It's an OK product but my problems with it are: 1. Rack hangs out a little too far over board below obstructing the screen as can be seen in photo. I'll probably remedy this by adding some sort of stoppers on the rails so I can shift the equipment back but company might consider shifting the rails back on future designs. 2. Because there are no teeth adjustments on the part that fits into the stand setting them so that your equipment is level is a little cumbersome. Had to use a level to assist with this. I've tried numerous setups to get a configuration that satisfies my needs but still haven't succeeded. In the end I'm probably going to pop these off and attach to another single stand I have and see what I can do with that.
