This review is for the GK-61-SLIM model. This case is a absolutely perfect fit for the Numa X Piano 73, or the Studiologic 73 controller. These 73-key keyboards fit so perfectly into this 61-key-sized case, you'd swear it was custom-made for them. It is rigid and well-padded on four sides and the bottom. While very thick and sturdy, the zippered case top cover is not rigid, so you still need to be careful placing anything on top. There is a large, well-constructed zippered pouch on the top. It has two deep pockets inside that are large enough to fully insert a large hand, which makes these pockets very useful. The top pouch is perfect for the music stand and some cables. I don't put pedals in here though in order to keep the case top flat, and not risk anything pressing down on the keys, even with the rigid side panels and the thick canvas top. It has wheels (fantastic!) and sturdy, rigid handles on top and bottom, making it very easy to grab out of a back seat or trunk. As to the weight - the spec'd weight of 25lb must be the shipping weight. The actual case weight is about 13lbs. The Numa X Piano 73 is only 25lbs with fully weighted keyboard, and its light weight is one of its best features, so this lighter-weight case is an excellent complement. The GK-61-SLIM is an excellent tradeoff between very solid protection and light weight.

If you hate lugging around the million pound road cases, this is as good an alternative as you will find. Nice quality, feels substantial, not flimsy, it can stand on its end (unlike a flimsy bag), good rollers and handles. Extra large storage pouches for gear. And the two velcro straps are nice & wide & thickly padded to hold your heavy keys in place. I do suggest adding any extra rigid foam you might have just to make things more snug and prevent any shifting, as there will likely be a few inches of room left on each side unless you have one of the largest keyboards. But even if you don't add anything like that the straps will keep it in place firmly. Good case and even though it is expensive you will not regret the purchase and will love it.

The Gator 76-note Slim with wheels fits my Nord Piano 5 88-keys keyboard perfectly, and costs half the price of a Nord case! Also, the Nord keyboard music stand fits perfectly inside the Gator’s external zipper compartment! Previously, I tried the Gator 88-note case but it was too large for my Nord 5 88 keys (the length of the case was perfect but it was much too wide). Fortunately, the Gator 76-Note Slim is exactly what I’ve been looking for and it fits my Nord Piano 5 88-keys like a glove! The case is excellent high quality, very well built, great padding, lightweight, sturdy handles on both ends, great wheels, a perfect case for my Nord!

I bought this case for my 52.5-inch long Yamaha P255 keyboard. It fits this case perfectly with just a tad over 1 inch to spare. (they put in an extra piece of foam padding that I use at the end of the keyboard to make it fit snug in the case) I should mention that I do not use the case often, but when I need it, I need it. The case is quite nice. It stands on it's end when not in use. The bottom and sides are rigid but the top is soft-shelled. The two retaining straps stay out of the way while you put the keyboard into the case, and then latch down with good velcro closings on the retaining straps, which have nice soft padding on the side that faces the keyboard. The zipper is a tad cranky going around the corners but is a good heavy-duty zipper. The end handle works well for me. I wish it had another handle or strap on or near the bottom end, it would be nice to have when loading it into a vehicle. The exterior pocket on the case will hold my power supply and sustain pedal, however my Yamaha's acrylic music stand is too long to fit in pocket. When loaded, this case plus my Yamaha is definitely heavy, so the wheels are very important to me, and they do roll well. All in all, the case is working well and the price was reasonable. The exterior of the case is about 60 inches long and you should not expect this case to fit in a standard car unless you have a really huge trunk or your back seats fold down.

This case fits my 88 key digital piano almost perfectly. The height of the digital piano is in line with the height of the inside of the case, but the thick, padded straps do add about an extra inch to the height. The case still closes and there's only a mild bulge from the puffy straps. other cases had too much extra room in the width and length, so having a case that was slightly too short was the best option for me. The piano is still very secure and I feel comfortable traveling with this case. The front pocket is also large enough for the music stand and has separate pockets for the power cord, pedal, etc. When the case was delivered it did show mild signs of use/wear, and I called Amazon to report this issue since I paid for a New item, not used. Amazon rectified the situation, and overall I feel this was a worthwhile purchase.
