Once installed the wheel wasn’t stable. After opening gate a little bit the bearings fell out. We ended up throwing it away because it was not usable. *** The above is my original posting. Upon review, the seller reached out to me and refunded my account and was very responsive to my situation. They are going to use my experience to make their product better. The customer service after the purchase was top notch and I appreciate their attentiveness to my situation. I will not be afraid to use this company again.

We have a small gas station/convenience store with parking in a fenced lot for people going to Mexico but who do not want to take their vehicle there. Our gates are heavy steel and over time have sagged from the weight and drag on the pavement. When somebody has to open the gate, they have to drag it back. I put this gate wheel on and boy did it make a difference. My employees don't seem to mind gate duty now. The wheel operates like it should and was easy to install.

served the purpose I purchased for, I would like it to be a little more sturdy though, the product has a little more flex than I would like. That being said, it works well and has held up for about 5 months no issues so far.

This gate wheel is hefty. Right off the bat, I knew this was heavy duty. Installation was straightforward. I ended up having to lay down a cement track as the wheel started digging into the dirt under my gate. This isn't a cheap product. I'm thoroughly impressed.

Hubby was absolutely impressed with this TOROTEK 8inch Gate Wheel. Topping his extensive list of things that he found exceptional about the wheel assembly was the port for adding grease for long term maintenance, the quality of the wrench which is included for assembly, and the stainless steel hardware for mounting the tire. Also, the quality of the hard, rubber wheel cannot be understated. All in all this is an exceptional product that is designed to be versatile in use across many different situations. This wheel is going on a 10' long steel tube gate that provides access from my fenced office yard to the rest of our property. I'm disabled and use a golf cart to move about our land. Now, we have a rope attached to the gate on a pulley to my deck (where I get into the golf cart), so I can open the gate before I drive off. Having a high quality, functional wheel is critical for my independence. I'm very pleased with this one.
