    • Good Product to Keep Your Energy Up During a Workout

I've been using the Wild Berry Punch version of this product for about two weeks now. I feel like it really helps you keep your energy up during a work out. If I was working out 2 or more major muscle groups in a work out (i.e. Squats, Bench, Rows) I'd start to crash and not be able to get through the whole thing. It tastes really great too! SizeOn helps you push through and push harder so you can feel that good next day soreness after every work out. The only downside is that it's a little expensive for only 24 servings. You can do half servings and stretch it out though, you don't really need as much as it tells you to take, at least I don't. So far I've been gaining about 4lbs a week, but I'm also using a slew of other supplements including SuperPump Max, Serious Mass, Gold Standard Whey, and Gold Standard Casein. ... show more

The taste of WI BERRY is by far the best the orange cooler i could bare but it tasted sour and not that great def go with this flavor. Some people are skeptical about intraworkouts but I'm convinced they help. You get simple carbs (sugar) for energy throughout your workout. I've found myself struggling through my leg days but with this product, I keep on pushing on without feeling a loss of energy or naesea. I started using Size on about a week and a half ago, and I must say I love this stuff. Size on helps me to keep going threw my workout. I drink it while I'm working out. The taste is great!
