I had been looking at this oven for several months and when we started our "kitchen refresh", finally decided to order it. When it initially arrived, it had been dropped in shipping and the top front panel was smashed. I contacted GASLAND Chef customer service and explained circumstances. After a few emails and pictures, they sent a replacement and it arrived beautiful and intact. And the stars are for the customer service as well! We installed it in a few hours (the electric wires that came with were not long enough for our space so it took a bit longer than normal). We have only used a few times, but works great so far! The manual that comes with is a little lacking in some information but we will figure it out. The cooking modes are also a little confusing but will also figure it out over time. Overall, this little oven looks great and very modern.

Stove will not ignite. Looks nice but can't use it. Now I'm out $500 because I had to pay to have someone install it, now after having multiple people try fix it including the manufacturer telling me to light it with a lighter ( which only left burn marks) now I have 2 days to pay someone to uninstall it, I have to go buy a box and lug it to UPS to return it. So even after a refund I'll still be out $500 and still no oven for Thanksgiving this year. I saved up for 2 years to buy this so we can finally have an oven for the holidays and all I did was waste my money.

Ill give it 5 Stars Although the Delivery times of the Oven were fast, there is a small dent on the door that could have been avoided. It appears to have been boxed up wit the dent because there was no damage to the shipping box. I replaced a 2 year old over that was a push button model that the on button broke on the control board. I really like this one as it has actual knobs for on and off and heat selection and temperature selection.

After 20 years with the same oven, we upgraded to this convection oven when we remodeled the kitchen. I chose the one with the dials for ease of use. I have to keep the “key” handy to know which setting is use (convection, broil, etc) because there are symbols not words to the settings. The oven arrived damaged in transit. We contacted the company directly. GasLamp chef was very prompt and professional about sending a replacement oven. So far, I’ve only made a batch of cookies.

A poorly made oven! The glass in the door was loose in the box! The oven pilot will not stay lite! Making it impossible to bake!! I my husband and I both called the company and complained, and were told to take a movie of it, then send and then they could fix it!! How in the world do you take a moving picture of a pilot light ???????? Not possible! So we are replacing the oven! We really don’t want to but we have tried for months and it only gets worse ! Buyers beware! A shoddy oven!

Replaced an old 24" wall oven and the dimensions were accurate. The only thing that didn't fit well was the power cord coming vertically out of the top of the oven. You need about 3 additional inches on height in order to fit the oven into place. Already used it a few times and it preheats very quickly and bakes evenly.
