I'm extremely satisfied with this AMZCHEF 24-inch wall oven. I have been using it for a while now, and it has really elevated my cooking experience. The 6 cooking modes provide a lot of flexibility for preparing different types of dishes - whether I'm baking, roasting, or broiling, this oven does it all well. The convection mode is particularly useful for getting even cooking and crispy results. I love the mechanical knobs for controlling the oven - they're intuitive and make adjusting settings easy. The stainless steel construction looks great in my kitchen and seems durable. Installation was straightforward, and the oven fits perfectly in the space I allocated for it. If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased this oven because it would arrive sooner than a big box store and needed quickly. The oven would not heat a month after installation. We called and emailed with the seller multiple times. Sent a video of the problem. They never responded. Now we will have to uninstall the oven and ship back on their dime… rather than them just responding and trying to help us fix. Very frustrating!

only problem we had was the installation. We were unaware that you had to set the timer for the oven to turn on. We wired and rewired this thing twice and thought it was broken. Finally after turning the timer we noticed it turned on. Other than that issue it seems to work well.

DO NOT BUY FROM AMZCHEF. Consider yourself warned. Although the company says the oven has a "warranty" the phone number listed has no one answering. I e-mailed both addresses listed and could get nowhere. You will not get any help with any issues you have with this oven. We had this oven installed in a rental unit and it did not work. We then had to take it back out of the wall and ship it back. Contrast this to our experience with Whirl**** (well known oven maker). We had had one of their ovens in a different rental property and after 10 months there was an issue with it heating. They sent a repair person and they fixed it for free. Just so you can understand the frustration, here is part of the e-mail exchange we had with Amzchef: *** "We purchased an oven from you on September 27, 2025 from Amazon. We paid a contractor to install the oven. He had to cut wood from the wall to install. The oven does not get hot. We followed the manual. The fan does not turn. It just gets warm and lights are on but not hot. Please HELP US resolve this issue. We have been waiting and waiting for a working oven." "Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out and providing the details regarding the issue you encountered. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused after your purchase and are committed to helping you resolve this as quickly as possible. To better diagnose the problem, we kindly request your assistance in providing a short video that visually captures the operational status of the oven. Please follow the suggested steps below when recording: Display the Control Panel: Start by showing the currently set temperature on the oven (e.g., set to 180°C). Capture the Fan Condition: Take a close-up video of the fan area while the oven is running to show whether the fan is rotating or not. Temperature Verification: Place the thermometer probe in the center of the oven cavity. Set the oven to a commonly used baking temperature (e.g., 180°C) and allow it to stabilize for 10-15 minutes. Record the actual temperature displayed on the thermometer alongside the preset temperature on the oven. This video will greatly assist our technical team in identifying the root cause and determining the most appropriate solution for you. If you have any questions while recording, please feel free to contact us. Thank you once again for your patience and cooperation. We look forward to your response and will prioritize your case. We then went ahead and sent video with oven thermometer and pictures." (We sent everything they asked for.) "Dear Customer, Thank you for your reply! We have forwarded the information you provided to our product technical department, who are analyzing the problem with this equipment and developing a repair solution. Please wait patiently! Your help will greatly speed up the problem-solving process. We look forward to your reply!" (WEEKS GO BY) "We STILL have no working stove. It has not worked all of these months. Do you know what a hardship this is!? Can you please issue a refund asap???? Or send a repair man!" (WEEKS GO BY) "I still have not heard back from you. PLEASE help me fix this oven!!!" Finally on February 27 we removed the oven and shipped it back to Amazon. We received no compensation for the money paid to install this oven. We received no help at all. This whole thing started in September - that is 6 months of waiting before finally giving up. This is unacceptable "customer service". So, if you still decide to buy this oven, just know it is a big risk.
