This oven is fickle. You have to open the door, turn the oven on or the broiler on and leave the door open for 3 to 5 minutes before you close the door. If you don't, it starts clicking and clicking, trying to turn back on Open the door and start again The temperature numbers on the control panel disappeared after a few month's use. I'm not sure why. I tried to contact the company, just to attempt to purchase new numbers, but could never get a decent answer. It also runs colder than the temperature says. I would not purchase this oven again .

I like that this is relatively inexpensive, but has basically all the bells and whistles of the models you find in appliance stores. One downside is that it CAN take a bit of time to heat up to your desired temperature, so pre-heating is a must. Or maybe I just got spoiled on my last oven, which heated up so fast that pre-heating was a complete waste of time and electricity. Either way, this unit has a thermostat in it so you can always tell if it has reached a “close enough” temperature for you to put in whatever dish you are baking. No more waiting for a buzzer!

junk, The glass shatterd into million pieces when turned on for the first time. I suspected something was wrong as there were steam/fog being formed between the two layer of the glass and the knobs were getting covered by steam scaping from the oven and then BOOM it shattered. I turned it off and even after 15 minutes I almost burned my hand when I thouched the exetior metal part of the door. Also the installers were shoked how hot the back and sides of the oven was as they tried to unistall it. I guess insulation would have been too expensive to use in manufacturing. Thank G-od the glass broke or else the cabinet would have cought fire.

I got this oven and I was skeptical because it has mixed reviews but I have to say for the price it is a quality oven. Our family thoroughly enjoys the oven especially the rotisserie feature. It heats up quick and accurately. The installer said it was easy enough to install and didn't run into any problems.

Cosmetically, this budget oven looks great. The cons come with the operation...buttons seem a little unresponsive, the fans for convection and preheat functions are loud and tend to rattle, the supplied power cord is too thin of a gauge, and even when the oven is turned off the loud fans will continue to run (presumably to cool it?). Other things to point out are that the bake function doesn't exceed 350F (must use convection or other functions to go warmer), the clock only works in 24hr mode (military time), 9 degrees F is the adjustment increment, and it comes with one rack and one pan (instead of two racks). It's only been installed for a few days, so I'll update accordingly if things get better or worse.
