All of these went in the process of building, my own closed loop system these valves were to regulate my butane flow between recovery tank and splatter platter / material tank. They seem to work good, and are effective in stopping the flow. No leakage that I can detect.

Clearly they didn't quality test these before sending them out. There is a difference between a leaky joint and a leaky ball valve; the latter leaks at the shower head. The one that doesn't leak does work well.

I wanted stainless ball valves for a water project. These seem nice and well built. However, try as I may with stainless nipples / bushings as well as quality brass - they all leaked. Used quality Teflon tape - even removed, smoothed with brush and replaced. Each time there were drips first on one valve then the other. I ended up using a locally purchased brass ball valve with no problems. As they're now all beat up, I will try to return them though they're pretty beat up from on/off trials. ... show more

I thought maybe some people didn’t know what they were doing. However, I’ve had BOTH installed with the original gasket, both leaked. Changed the threaded piping. Leaked. Changed the gaskets out for new ones on BOTH… you got it! Leaked. I’ll try using silicone as a gasket and then simultaneously wrapping the threads up. I get tired of sending all this cheap, inflated priced Chinese stuff back again and again. ... show more
