First off we had some issues unrelated to the quality of the oven; the first unit was delivered visibly damaged in transit. The driver was very helpful and put it right back on the truck so my refund processed very quickly. Good job amazon! The 2nd unit arrived in perfect condition and is worth the price we paid but you can see they cut a few corners: stainless steel cutouts are roughly cut; there are visible tool marks if you look closely, there is no broiler setting; oven is pretty much for baking and roasting only, the timer/clock functions are like setting a cheap digital watch; seems useless and only tells 24hr “military“ time for some reason. The instructions included are confusing and written in a strange form of broken English but installing this gas oven is easy enough to basically disregard them. Would be nice if they included at least a picture of the proper size gas fittings needed for install. This is a basic gas wall oven and works as expected for the price; seems to function as designed. We connected the gas, plugged it into the wall, and it was working right out of the box. The basic oven functions are fairly simple to operate. The rotisserie feature looks to be a huge plus but we have not yet tested it. We looked at several other units in stainless steel some of which were more than double the cost of this one at seven hundred and change w/tax so even if it needs replacing in 5-10 years it won’t owe us anything. ... show more

Easy to install but not very reliable on start up, I have to check the burner is lit fir the first 3 minutes. The symbols between the timer and chock are mixed up between the device snd ghe poorly written instruction booklet.

We purchased this with the intent on converting for use with propane. The on-line instruction manual indicates the nozzle sizes for propane, so this seems easy. Forget about getting any help from Gasland. Their customer service phone line is a recording and they NEVER return your call. They rarely answer email inquiries, and when they do, they do not EVER answer your actual question. We will find out how easy the conversion to LP once we are ready to install, but I would not recommend purchasing from this company if you think you’ll have the remote need for any customer service. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The display does not work, the owen does not hold the temperature, chemical smell during the cooking, the customer service and maintenance is not available. Do not buy this product. I am planning to buy the another brand.

The oven controls are user-unfriendly. The plate on the bottom was not level. It only came with one rack. It doesn’t heat up correctly. You have no idea when the oven is ready after preheating it. The manual is incomprehensible.
