Unfortunately after opening the box under all the safety measures of the corners it was damaged. So before placed in box it must have an an accident. But it is a beautiful oven. But we will be sending back for a refund and purchase a new one.

Works well. We like the knob controls as electronic panels fail often. It did arrive with A LOT of shipping scratches and a small corner dent. The box was very damaged, and was obviously dropped (probably more than once). It wasn't the UPS guy. I even helped him get it unloaded. After opening the box, sure enough, the front panel corner was badly dented. I might have kept it for a partial refund if the damage wasn't on the front, but with the front control panel loose, too, didn't want to take the chance. ... show more
