Well the instructions SUCK! I consider myself "handy" and it took me about 6 hours total to assemble. That does include time to go back and correct my mistakes. I would suggest that you have a friend help, if possible. Also, you really need variable speed drills with Allen and 10mm socket bits. The "tools" included suck. Pretty easy setup, took me about 2 hours by myself. Some parts of the directions were a little confusing. There are a couple pieces of the frame that can't be bolted together on the inside corners. Missing part!. No response yet from the MFG that Amazon links you to. I emailed and called and you can only leave a voicemail. MFGs are usually more responsive than this. I will be contacting Amazon for assistance should they not address the issue from this negative review.
