Technically a good unit. But no printed owners manual or instructions on installation except for the transducer which is a 'no brainer'. Unit does not have a built in lakes map and not add on options. So it did not meet my needs and I returned it. Just not designed for large water fishermen.

Unhappy with this purchase. The screen went blankafter a weeks use. Tried Amazon support, they could only send me to the manufacturer. The only way to contact supporis through an email portal whhic has yielded no response. This was not a cheap unit, I am stuck with it now, probaly will pay a mint to get it UPDATE 06/18/2023 Garmin customer service is terrible and non responsive. I have a 600 dollar plus GPS system that is useless and Garmin is blowing me off. Purchase a different brand, worst purchase I have made through Amazon. Extended warranty is useless if no one will respond. ... show more
