Perfect replacement! The straps on my Garmin Lily broke after having it for almost three years. The watch itself still works fine and needs to be charged every three days or so, so I hated the idea of buying a new watch. It was easy to take off the old bands and put the new ones on. I had read a review of someone breaking their screws, so I was a little worried. Honestly, I think that person just turned them too hard the wrong way. This didn't work at all. They supply you with three straps and two flanges. The short strap has the buckle on it and you have a choice of a long band or a regular size one for the other side. So far, so good. The two flanges are supposed to fit over the ends of the pin that holds the band. Then you are supposed to twist them in opposite directions to unscrew the pin. Unfortunately, I found it impossible to get both flanges on at the same time. The bands fit tightly on the pin, and the flanges have a very small area to connect with. I finally used needle nose pliers to pull the loop ends of the band off of the pin and then did the opposite to install the new strap. This band isn't cheap. You can get knock-offs for less than $10 and this is $40. Having a proprietary system for something so basic is unnecessary. I would not buy this again. Replacement band is fine. The problem is I've had the watch almost exactly two years and the rose gold on the face and has faded. Hopefully nobody notices since the buckle sits on the opposite side of my wrist from the face!

Item as advertised. Tools were relatively easy to use, took less than 15 minutes to swap out the old band for the new one. My issue with the Garmin Lily watch band in white, is that the leather becomes worn and peels quickly. Within 2-3 months of receiving the watch as a gift the watch band began deteriorating. The replacement band is quite pricey, given the cost of the actual watch. I would recommend getting the genuine band replacement so that you have the proper tools to remove the old band, then probably use a cheaper band in future which is compatible with the Lily, if you don't want to spend 70 bucks each time. ... show more

I bought this Garmin band for my Lily because I was having an allergic reation to the silcone one that cae with the watch. I was going to get a leather one regardless because I like the color, the texture, and fit my wrist much better than the original one. The band is a bit stiff when first wearing because it is leather, but has becoe a bit more flexible. My wrist doesn't sweat anymore. ... show more
