I'm not gonna lie; I was EXTREMELY skeptical of these bags because they were one of the only 10-packs I could find on Amazon and per bag they're considerably cheaper than the other ones but their unconditional money-back guarantee suckered me in (even though I was skeptical of that too). When I got the bags they were some of the most professionally packaged bags I've ever purchased (and I've purchased something like 30-40 over the years) but they were horribly wrinkled so I was like, "Oh great I bet they're terrible." but man was I wrong! After just the first use I'm completely sold, so much so I decided to write this entire review! Not only are they some of the best quality bags I've purchased but the handles are extra (double) thick for added strength so the handles don't rip. With some of these other companies they have these crazy flimsy handles that feel like they could snap at any moment but these are WAY better! Also the bags themselves seem to be a little extra thick as well overall improving their sturdiness! My wife and I tried our hand at growing a few pepper plants last year and shocked ourselves at how they turned out. So this year we were keen to take it a bit further. We were unsure of the cheapest way to go about it and decided to give these a go. We tossed up between raised bed kits, building our beds or bags and figured the bags would be a good start. After looking around we found cheaper bags with worse reviews and thought these looked the best value and we were right it seems. Relatively cheap but very sturdy they are easy to fill and easy to move. Even us novices found it simple to transplant our little pepper and tomato plants and as they grew ensure they had the right amount of sun. We ended up buying even more as the seeds we started were more successful than expect. I would recommend these and we will certainly be getting more as our garden and love for it grows! ... show more

I am an avid gardener and I have a huge garden on my patio. I grow everything in pots. I read about this and wanted to try it. I planted my small cucumber plants and zucchini plants in these pots about 3 weeks ago (with fertilizer & very good soil), and my plants have blossomed and are huge!! Everyday, they are bigger! My best cucumber crop ever!!! I planted 3-6 plants in each 5 gallon pot (plus a merigold plant in some) and I didn’t fill it to the top and the plants are doing great! (See pictures.) ... show more

This is a case were the low price option is better than popular brands. Pots are strong enough to stand open while empty, which saves a lot of time when filling. Double gusset stitching with sturdy handles minimize flexing of the roots when moving. Felt is slightly thinner and denser then most brands, and has enough structure to keep the top of the pot from folding in on itself even when empty. Also comes in some tough packaging to keep the pots clean until opened. Wish I had found these long ago instead of paying 5x more for inferior materials from expensive brands. ... show more

I received my pack in a timely manner only to discover the bags are NOT in fact five gallons, they are 2.5 gallons, half the size of the promised product and not via to grow tomatoes in. Now I am in a bind to get the right size bags ASAP for my tomato starts. I would not recommend this product coming in the correct size, buyer beware. ... show more

Size: 10 Gallons
So I was super excited about these, wanted to grow some dwarf trees and tomatoes in them. They are fabric so they don't really stand up by themselves to well, and unless you fill with soil to the top the sides collapse inward. Here in southern New Mexico, they are kind of iffy. You water until water comes out the sides (doesn't take long), but without buckets or maybe loam they dry out fast. Killed a raspberry bush, 3 onion plants and a mint plant during the first week I tried these. They aren't hard to move, the handles are securely held on and you can easily move it around while full of dirt. I need to mess around with different combinations to try and fix this but in the end I'm only so-so on this product. I would highly recommend for areas that are more humid or if you put them in a green house or even large tubs to moderate water. All in all they aren't horrible, just tricky to use when your average humidity is 5%. The blueberry bush is doing okay for now, re-sprouted so.... trial and error I guess. Southern New Mexico, Arizona, Texas and maybe Cali fair warning lack of humidity can make these not work as well as you'd like. ... show more

I'm sure these are good for growing plants but there is no way I got the right items: I ordered the "5 gallon" But if you see the pictures attached, they're next to a home depot bucket which is SIGNIFICANTLY bigger, I know there is a 3 Gallon option; but I didn't chose this option. *Notice how theyre closer to the 10 quart home depot bucket as well* I'm going to use them anyways, since I'll have to get off work early, use the same box, send a shipping label out and wait to then get the proper ones, I just wish the seller was mindful enough and ship the correct items because if not it is a big inconvenience to the buyer. ... show more

I love when a new product comes out of China and then there are several sources on Amazon. This bag planting pot is a GREAT product, truly GREAT. I wrote the disclaimer about best price because I bought a few as a first order to try the product out. Then I bought 4 more orders of different companies on Amazon and so you need to read very carefully the description and then order.
