They call this set a back saver...I don't know if any gardening will save your back, but this set does help. I usually have to sit on the ground to do most of my gardening and it is itchy!! This set will save me from having to sit in the grass. The handles are nice and long. The set seems very sturdy and should last a long time! The set includes a pruning shear, a hand trowel, a cultivator claw, a transplanter, and a weeder. Also, the pruning shears work quite well!! This set is made in China.     • Great for people who don't like bending
My back hurts! I don't bend over well. I'm going to use these with the long handle attachments. Without the extension screwed in, the end of the handle is open, no stopper end of you use them without the extension. The tools themselves are really sturdy, well made, but the handles and extensions are thinner metal and hollow tubes, I'm thinking if you were rough on your tools, the handles might bend. I don't think I'll have that problem. The clippers that came with them cut fine, but seem a little on the cheaper side. Cutting the oregano was no problem, but maybe not big branches.     • Excellent garden tools but so-so pruning shears.
The shovels and other gardening tools are lightweight and solid. I managed to pull out lots of weeds. The problem I had was with the pruning shear. It is very cheaply made. If the seller pairs it with better shears, the package would be much better. For now, I would only recommend the garden tools but not the shears. ... show more

I chose this garden tool assortment to use in our backyard garden. A couple of weeks ago, I installed a 12'x4'x1' galvanized planter and this set has come in super handy for this! The versatility of the tools covers all the bases. The construction is sturdy. The hand pruner could be a tiny bit better on the quality side, but it's not bad, either. I love the longer handles, too! I can choke up on them for close work or grab the ends for mimic the use of a full-sized shovel or rake to save me from having to bend down. Overall, I love this set.     • Great for small, but tough spots!
My husband loves this set of garden tools. He wanted a small set, but that would work like a big set. He states these were wonderful for doing some edging work around a tree and the garden. He appreciated the smaller size spade with a longer handle than a small handset would have done.

I didn't know how much I'd like this set of garden tools until I got them. Having the longer poles from the start as well as the extension poles is a back saver! I hate having to sit on the ground and garden or bend over all the time, so this saves that hassle. You get a good variety of tools in this bundle as well. I think the price of $23 is actually pretty good for it. The pruning shears are sharp and work well. You get the normal trowel, rake , transplanter and weeder too.
