Ordered this as a housewarming gift for a friend of mine who has no tools and is not handy but has recently purchased a home. I see the kit as the kind of thing that will get you out of a "do you have any kind of saw/screwdriver/hammer" type situation until you can call a professional. The Good: Versatile and extensive selection of tools including a small hand saw, ratcheting palm screwdriver with some sockets, pliers, adjustable wrench, etc. I'd be very happy to find this if I was at my mom's house fixing something in a pinch. The layout is efficient and the package is small, so it doesn't take up much space in a small home or apartment and there's a place for everything to go back into. The orange color says "you forgot me under the sink but here I am" which is great. Not So Good: As you would imagine at the price point, the tools are like Harbor Frieght quality. Some feel better than others but they're not going to get a ton of use so it's really very adequate. I also found that a few of the tools seem to fall from their designated spots pretty easily, which doesn't make it easy to close the box when done.

How fabulous it is to have all the tools you need within reach. How fabulous this kit is, indeed. It has just about everything one would need to garden--shovel, hoe, pick, ties, pruners, spray bottle--and fits perfectly in a hard case. I was very happily surprised by the quality of the products included, as well. They are all built sturdy and solid and are meant for use. The pruners even worked on tough rose bushes! The only "haha" of it was the spray bottle because it had hair cut emblems printed as the design, as opposed to gardening emblems, but that is aesthetic and not function, so it is not a complaint, just an entertainment.

This is an 84 piece tool set for basic household repairs. This has just about everything you would need for fixing things just around the house. Hammer, pliers, ratcheting screwdriver, bits, precision screwdrivers, hacksaw, pliers, etc. This is definitely a budget set. I believe it to be priced appropriately and the quality of the tools are on par for what I would expect for tools at this price. The tools aren't extremely high quality but they're not complete garbage, either. I actually gave this set to my 8 year old son because he is always asking to help me when I fix things. This set is perfect for him and the quality is fine for him and what he will be doing.

This is a review for Tool Kit - 84 Pieces Professional Home Tool Set Ideal for Household Repair DIY Crafts (45 Types of Sets) These tools definitely feel a bit cheap, as far as quality goes. They work, but I doubt their durability will hold up to any real use. I feel this kit should at most cost 25, but at the current price point of 42.99, I cannot recommend them. Also, the count of 84 pieces, includes the screws and plugs, which is a bit laughable.

This little toolbox has been great for all those little odd household things. From tightening a loose doorknob to fixing a wobbly shelf, it has the basic tools I need to get the job done. The hammer, screwdrivers, pliers, and tape measure are all sturdy enough and feel like they'll last for simple stuff. The case keeps everything organized and easy to find. It's not fancy, but it's definitely handy to have around, and seems like decent value. If you're looking for a basic set of tools to tackle everyday repairs, this is a good option. It's not going to replace your mechanic's toolbox, but it's definitely saved me a few trips to the hardware store already.

Not a bad set for a young first time home owner. Nothing felt so flimsy or weak that it would break or fall apart. I do feel there are more solidly built tool sets out there, but not in this price range and if you need a good variety of tools and can't swing something nicer, this is still a decent option. The hacksaw and digital tester were nice additions not always found in similar sets. The hammer is a bit light as far as hammers go and will do the job, but needs a bit more effort from the wielder to produce the impact a heavier hammer would provide with its innate weight. Yeah, all in all I've no real complaints and these will not only do the job but hold up to some use. Would I be confident that they'll last over a decade? No, but it's still good value and I recommend it if someone needs most of these tools and can't afford better or wants some backup or a secondary set of tools.

There are a LOT of tools in this set! It’s a great first apartment gift! I’ve used it immediately for assembling/hanging Christmas decorations, and gifts. I love that it’s in its own case and I never have to remember where the hammer or screwdriver is, because the entire case is in the pantry. I’ve got a lot of things to repair or put up in the next few weeks and this tool set is going to make it so much easier to do so. And cheaper than purchasing each item individually!
