The Saker company has done it again, much to my delight! This garden tool set is such a great addition to my garden shed. This set came with a tool bag, a potting mat, gloves, hand cultivator, trowel, transplanting pruner, weeder, cultivator, pruning shears, and a folding saw. The hand tools are mostly made from an aluminum alloy which makes them light weight and they have non-slip hand grips. The garden pruners have just the right amount of spring in them and they were very sharp. The folding saw has a safety button, so it stays closed when not in use. The tool bag is sturdy and made of a tough canvas type material and it has multiple pockets of various sizes. Though I do wish it would stand up better when filled. Since it has been raining non-stop for dang near every day for the last few weeks, I have not gotten to use these tools very much. That being said, I have had similar tools such as these my entire adult life. I have been gardening for 40+ years and by now I can usually tell if a product is of good quality or not, even before using it. I think these tools and the bag will get lots of use once the rain subsides. I will give this kit 5 stars with one little suggestion that would really improve it as far as I’m concerned. I think if the bottom had a removable insert that was sturdy, the bag would hold up better when filled. When I put my tools in the pockets, the bag kept falling over or into itself. I think it could just use a bit more structure so when you fill the pockets it will not fall over or keep collapsing. Still I really like this garden set from the Saker company. I look forward to what they will come up with next.

I picked up this orange garden tool set because I wanted something lightweight but sturdy for everyday yard work, and it turned out to be a really solid kit. The aluminum tools feel strong without being heavy, and the non‑slip handles make a big difference when you’re working in damp soil or Florida humidity. The trowel, cultivator, and weeder all have a good balance and don’t bend under pressure. The included gloves are comfortable enough for basic gardening, and the tool bag is actually useful, it has plenty of pockets and easy to carry around the yard. Everything feels organized instead of scattered all over the place. A couple things to keep in mind: Aluminum tools are very durable for normal gardening, but not ideal for prying up large roots. The bright orange color is great because you don’t lose tools in the grass. Overall, it’s a great starter or giftable set with practical tools that hold up well for planting, weeding, and everyday garden maintenance.

This is a nice gardening tool variety pack. It comes with a good assortment of tools. Most of them are made from aluminum alloy, except for the shears, saw and the L shaped crack weeder. Those 3 seem to be made of steel or stainless steel. The crack weeder says it’s stainless steel and feels heavy duty. The other 2 don’t say what they’re made from but both were magnetic, so they are not aluminum. They didn’t feel as heavy duty as the stainless steel crack weeder but both are still nice. All 3 seem pretty well made. The saw blade is very sharp! I used it to cut a thick tree branch and it cut through with ease. The garden shears worked well too. They handle small branches no problem and are able to cut thicker branches with a bit more effort. They aren’t as good as an expensive pair of shears but they should work fine for most people. The 2 small shovels are aluminum and somewhat light weight. They will be fine for digging in softer soils but I don’t think they would hold up to heavy use or rocky soils. The weed puller and 2 cultivator forks are all pretty thick aluminum alloy. They have some weight to them and feel like they will hold up better long term than the shovels. They include a cheap pair of gardening gloves and a little foldable potting mat. They are both nice to have but don’t really add much value to the kit for me since I already have better versions of both. It also comes with a nice storage bag with plenty of space inside to hold everything. The bag also has pockets on the outside to store the tools in. The bag is decent quality. Overall, I’d say the value for the money is ok. Maybe just a bit pricey in my opinion, but still a nice kit.

Everything arrived well packaged, and you get a complete assortment of tools, gloves, and a storage tote all in one kit. It's an excellent starter set for anyone getting into gardening or looking to replace older tools. The tools themselves feel solid and well made. The aluminum construction is sturdy, the handles are comfortable to grip, and nothing felt flimsy or like it would bend under normal use. Whether you're planting flowers, pulling weeds, digging, or transplanting, this kit has just about everything you need. The included tool bag keeps everything organized, and the gloves are a nice bonus. This would also make a great gift for anyone who enjoys gardening. Easy five stars and a definite thumbs up from me. Amazon invited me to review this. Like other kits I've reviewed from Saker, this kit shows an awareness of the task and provides a complete set of tools to take it on. Having lived in the Chinese world, I can tell you these "kits" are quite popular over there and should find a receptive audience in the US as well. Frankly there are more tools in this set than my wife has used gardening for the past 12 years. Mainly these are tools for working the soil, including a weed wand, a crack tool (how has she lived without this?), a couple styles of small hand rakes/forks, and a couple widths of hand shovels. These are all made of good materials with very ergonomic handles. The cutting tools are a little undersized--the cut saw is a bit short, but serviceable, and the pruning shears are on the small side, although still quite functional--and perhaps better suited to smaller hands. The bag, the gloves, and the repotting mat (never seen one before, but better than the piece of cardboard I would always grab) round out the set. The good thing about a set like this is if you use something so much you want a better one--just buy that tool and add it to your set. In the meantime you are good to go, you've got the kit and you can be an almost professional gardener today no matter what you were a few minutes ago.

I got this gardening tool set for my wife, and she’s been really happy with it. She enjoys spending time in the garden, and this kit has pretty much everything she needs for planting, weeding, and general yard work. These tools are ergonomic and very easy to use. The tools feel sturdy without being too heavy, and the handles are comfortable to hold. She especially likes having all the tools organized in the included bag instead of searching around the garage for what she needs. The gloves are a nice bonus and have come in handy for everyday gardening tasks. We've used the set in flower beds, planters, and around the backyard, and everything has held up well so far. The pruner cuts cleanly, and the hand tools are the perfect size for working around plants. Overall, this was a great purchase and made a thoughtful gift. If you have someone in your life who loves gardening, I think they would really enjoy this set. Excellent value for the price point!

They get a three because you can tell they’re mass produced with ZERO quality checks. They’ll arrived scuffed up and beat up looking. But for the price you pay, it’s to be expected, and they still work. It also came with a random plastic tube? I think it’s a part of another product they sell. Again, it shows the lack of QA The tools are light but the metal is thick, and after using them all year on our new raised beds nothing has bent or worked loose at the handle. I’ve had the trowel and the little cultivator fork in the dirt most weekends since spring, and they rinse clean under the hose and go back in the bag. The pruners cut straight through tomato stems and thin branches. I don’t have much storage space, so the bag has done almost more for me than the tools. Everything fits into the one tote annd each tool can go in its own pocket, I grab the whole thing on my way out to the garden and set it back by the door when I’m done. It also came with gloves and a little folding mat to kneel on - the gloves are nothing special, but I use the mat every time I’m planting.
