This duvet is definitely $30, but that's not a bad thing. I had to find a replacement for my 10 yr old Pottery Barn duvet that finally ripped. I was having a hard time dropping $150 on a new duvet cover so I decided to check out Amazon. This is NOT a Pottery Barn duvet. But, it IS only $30. It is a satin fake silk type of material on top and then a thin cotton ish material on the back with this pretty lavender color that contrasts nicely against the rich dark teal/peacock green. The fabric kind of remind me of a theater costume. You know it isn't real silk. You know it is cheaper fabric. But, it still feels smooth an nice. It's cooling to the touch, which is nice during summer. It fit my king size duvet perfectly. I have a queen bed but I like extra blanket and this doesn't have any odd gapping. I love the zipper function. I've been buttoning a duvet for 10 years and it is so much nicer having a zipper to close. I still can't decide if I'm totally sold on the fabric. It reminds me of a tent or a high school choir dress, but not as stiff. The colors are beautiful. I just wish the flowers were more of a tropical flower instead of a cottage garden flower. It would fit the theme and leaves better. It kind of reminds me of AI attempted to make a tropical floral print. I'm giving this product four stars because for $25 to $30, it is beautiful. The fit is right. It's got a nice soft feel touch to it and the zipper works. That said, if you're looking for a higher quality feel, this is not it. I feel a little bit weird having this as my duvet cover in my master bedroom. I feel like this is the kind of thing I would have in my dorm as a freshman in college. I'm going to give it a little bit longer and see if it grows on me or if I can't get over the fake satin feel. It really is pretty, but the touch of it reminds me of a display in a department store

I’m really impressed with this queen duvet cover. The texture is slick and soft without feeling thin or flimsy, which makes it comfortable for all-year use. I ordered the paisley dark navy and gold color one and I love it. It is microfiber (so 100% polyester), but feels more like sateen cotton, it isn't silky, but feel soft. It doesn't feel nearly as cheap as I expected. It has 4 corner ties and the zipper it smooth. It fits a bit large on my queen sized duvet, but doesn't look sloppy. I was looking for something that would match a lot of my different colored sheets (blue, grey, teal, white) and the bedroom wall color and this is perfect. My walls are light blue and I have darker blue and grey rugs/furniture in the room. It goes well with multiple shades of blue plus looks good next to grey. The color changes in the light as you can see from the 2 pictures. I change out covers for seasons and this dark color is perfect for fall into winter (before I switch to my holiday cover). For the price it is a good value, I am pleased and may order another color after I see how it washes, but I think it should be fine based on the stitching quality. I think if you are on the fence you should get it.

Very nice quality at this price point. Colors are vibrant and the turmeric BoHo print is beautiful. Printed side is silky, but not overly slick. Underside is soft. We use two twin duvets on a king size bed and it works great. Doesn’t hold dog hair either. Material seems quite sturdy. Zipper seems fine.

I bought the gold paisley pattern. I’d give this 4.5 stars, maybe 5, if the alleged “ties” inside were actually ties. They are, in fact, loops. Short loops. I’m pretty sure that it’s an accepted fact that the duvet itself is the part that has loops on each corner. I'm going out on a limb here, no manufacturer of down comforters has ties on the corners. It’s comparable to buying a piece of that Nordic furniture that we get to put together and getting the wrong bag of screws, which by the way is a sure fire way to guarantee a divorce even if the screws are all included- Pro Tip: put that pile of boards and metal together all by yourself unless you are looking for a divorce. So the duvet cover arrived yesterday. I promptly washed and dried it. Then upon unzipping it SURPRISE! Loops. I have had more contentious problems to solve so I created a marginal fix by using 1/8” satin ribbon to attach the cover to my duvet. I’d have sent it back except there’s very little choices of affordable covers that aren’t plain colors. I have 4 other duvet covers and I know, for me, I cannot tolerate a heavy cover over the down comforter. I want light weight as I don’t like being straight-jacketed under a heavy duvet. I have a beautifully made 100% Egyptian cotton cover but it’s so heavy it’s just sitting in my linen closet. I turned to microfiber after I was shocked to find just how soft and comfy the fake fabric is. It’s also super lightweight. This cover looks very nice and the print is crisp & nicely defined. The tones are gorgeous. I love its look but the seller does themselves a disservice by shipping it in its original plastic packaging that is not secured and can be opened by simply unzipping it. Also it looked awful through the clear scratched up plastic. One reviewer mentioned this and said they didn’t bother to remove it because it looked horrible within the plastic. The seller slaps a shipping label right on the plastic and it’s quite off putting. It’s very shimmery and the backside is a rich deep navy. I love it. Finally, not enough is mentioned about the 2 pillow cases that came with the queen size. (The twin has one but I didn’t read how many cases come with the king) The pillow cases are lovely. They open at a short side end and have a large fold inside to keep pillows from slipping out. Definitely a plus. They are roomy too. I’ve included photos of the horrible loops, my satin ribbon solve, a closeup of the pattern and a long shot. I use a queen size on my daybed as I like the cover to drape to the floor. Arrived when promised.
