This rake is basically the Swiss Army knife of yard tools. Instead of owning three different rakes for every occasion, you get one rake that shape-shifts on command. The leaf-shaped lever is genius—pull it up, slide the tines wider for big leafy messes, or squeeze it down tight to snake between shrubs, flower beds, or that impossible corner where leaves gather like it’s their secret clubhouse. It’s like a rake that went to finishing school and learned versatility. The tines themselves are sturdy and don’t bend like sad spaghetti noodles, and the handle feels solid enough that I won’t be replacing it after one ambitious autumn. Assembly was laughably easy—no tools, no swearing, no “where does this extra screw go?” moment. Just snap and twist it together and suddenly you’ve got a rake taller than most middle schoolers. With three out of four segments, it was already nearly my height. I kept the fourth piece off for now, but I’m saving it for the day I decide to rake leaves off my roof or perhaps poke at satellites. Nice to know the option for “super rake” is there. Now, the elephant in the yard: the price. This thing is about twice what you’d pay for a generic department store rake. But unlike those bargain-bin specials that twist, wobble, and snap halfway through your first pile, this one actually feels like it’s built to last more than a single fall season. You’re paying for sturdiness and adjustability, not just another flimsy stick with teeth. So, four stars. It’s not the cheapest tool in the shed, but it’s clever, durable, and makes me feel like the Bond of yardwork—licensed to rake, with a secret gadget lever shaped like a leaf. If only it bagged the leaves itself, then we’d be talking six stars.

This is a very nice adjustable leaf rake. Assembly is super easy...just twist the steel handle pole sections together & you’re set! The 70 inch handle is super long with all of the sections in it, but you can opt to only use a couple of them if you want/need a shorter handle. The end has a spot for a strap if you want one too, but you’ll have to fashion one yourself, as that bit isn’t included. Checked all of the dimensions once assembled & the sizes are all just as described. Tested it out on some dried leaves in the yard & all worked quite well. The tines are sturdy, yet forgiving when you need them to be. To adjust the rake width, you flip a plastic lever right above the tines & move that section up & down until you get the width you want. Easy peasy. The only downside that I could possibly see is that the plastic lever & the red plastic pole connector pieces seem a little on the flimsy side. As-is, they’re working well, but I’m not too sure of how durable they’ll be after a season’s worth of use. Time will tell & I’ll be sure to update this review if anything poops out. As it stands currently though, it really is a great rake & definitely a step up from my old one with plastic tines & a wooden pole. Seems to be a good value, especially with a coupon. Since it’s not mentioned in the product details, I can confirm that this is made in China.

I ordered the 70 inch adjustable heavy duty garden rake. I have lots of tight spaces behind bushes etc to get into next to the house so this adjustable rake comes in handy for those particular areas. Even though you have to assemble it it is still very sturdy. I liked the extra long handle which worked well and it was easy to clean off.
