I should have listened to the reviews the product fence parts are strong and good quality. But!! The post are not long enough to place in ground if you plan on just using it as a a circle then you might be OK! But If you are planning on using it as going straight across Its was one post short!!!!! I got the 19 foot and even if I had that post, it would’ve been very wobbly and any dog could’ve pushed it over. I called customer service. Amazon tried to troubleshoot it to get me an extra post, but of course it’s not made in the USA so they were nice and they will return it. I’m still trying to figure out if I can make it work but in order to support it to get it to stay steady. I would have to buy a lot of posts to keep it in place sadly not worth to purchase plus as I saw in the reviews the gate is totally an issue with the locks !!!!! very bad design the gate!!!

I bought this item ( 2 sets) To section off a part of my yard from my active Labrador retriever before reseeding my lawn. Installation was easy in one afternoon. The fence is sturdy and attractive although the gate is a little narrow. I would recommend adding L shaped supports to strengthen the units as the included posts don’t go very deep into the ground. I bought a set of 4 from Amazon. Secured to posts with black heavy duty zip ties from Harbor freight.

I don’t know why they show the fence in a straight line. You need 9 posts to put the pieces in a straight line and they only supply you with 8. So one end is unsecured. We put up in a c against the house, but one end does not have a post. The gate is not easy to open. You need two hands to do so. Looks nice now. We’ll see how it holds up to north east PA weather and deer. It’s not really sturdy on its own as is. One good push and the whole thing will fall in and probably bend. Would not buy again, but need it for now to protect plants from deer.

This is a great fence to create a play area for your dog. I got the 40" set and it is high enough that my dog won't be tempted to try and jump over it. I have a full sized dog. The shorter versions of the fence are probably fine for smaller dogs. That's for height. For length, the 8 panels (7 panels plus a gate) is not enough of an area to play in. Even for a smaller dog, it's probably not enough. There is one way to make the area bigger. If you place the fence against a wall and make a semi-circle you get a larger space. If there is an inside corner to use, the area gets even bigger. It depends on the dog. We need a space for all of us to sit in, so this is great for our camp. I got 16 more panels to go with this and we can put it up against a wall to cover the entire patio area. This fence is well made and attractive. It looks like a garden fence and not a cage. It's easy to set up. Just stand up the panels and slide the bar into the hinges. They are long enough to go into the ground and prevent the panels from moving. It is intended to be setup with the gate opening out. That will work fine for us. I have some friends with little dogs that throw themselves against a door when you leave the house. In that scenario, I would be concerned that she might trigger the latches and get out. If your dog is very active, I would just turn the gate around so it opens inward.
