The provided hardware was two different lengths. The longer screws would bottom out on the knurled nut and if I tried using the shorter one, it barely grabbed the threads. I had to use two new screws that were between the length of the provided hardware and those were a perfect fit. Overall, I like the cart, and it is easy to use, but providing proper hardware is essential.

Wonderful! I could load it by myself and did not even need straps to keep my kayak in place. Note: I don't have far to move my kayak to reach the water, so straps are not necessary for my application. Straps could very well be necessary to haul it longer distances.

Says it will support a jon boat. Mine is pretty light and it bent the frame on the cart immediately. Do not recommend unless you are using for a very very light kayak (like a youth one) and only using on flat concrete surface.

when using with a large and/or heavy boat, needs two people on sloping trails. On the level, works easily with one person as long as it is centered

Initially purchased for use with a yak but ended up pushing around my small aluminum Jon boat with it. No complaints at all.

I gave this a 2 and not a 1 only because it seems to be built fairly well with quality metal. Got it within a reasonable amount of time and was happy to see it. Well, I’m not happy! In my mind I should have went with a cheaper one, do to the problem child I received. I got 2 of the same side main support brackets, that’s 2 lefts or 2 right sides, however you want to look at it. No biggie, right? Then when I went to tighten the T nuts, no worries! The little bolts are to long, so now I’m out to the garage to get some more washers to shim what shouldn’t need shims The straps they provided, I have little faith in as well GanFindx, your item is way over priced. I strongly recommend that you higher a quality assurance team ASAP I recommend to others in the market for something like this is to look at another company for your purchase. If a company lacks the give a crap about what they are selling to you, any and all faith in the items performance and durability are in question. I would have expected the issues with a 50 dollar item, but 100 plus dollars is BS
