Overall these are good headphones the gripe that I have about them is actually probably a positive to some people. They come with both a stereo jack as well as a USB dongle are used to play on an Xbox and it’s like extra crap to plug-in to your controller so it’s a little clunky. I was a little skeptical of them because they were so much cheaper (plus I got them even cheaper during Cyber Monday deals), but these headphones are great! I use them for my console, so they're connected to my controller. The noise cancellation is great, I can't even hear my wife or kids with them on. My gaming bros have no problem hearing me, and I have no problem hearing them. Plus I play music while I'm gaming, and the music quality is fire. I only wish they could go slightly louder, for those times I really need to just get out of my own head, but that's it. If you're hesitant on buying them because of the price, just get them.     • Good simple headset, but a flaw or 2
The headset gives plenty of plug options in case you want to have a specific setup. I'm not to much of a fan of a lot of wires and I try to keep my area clear of them since it's so small, but if you have plenty of space or have no problem with a couple more, go for it. Mic quality was really good when I tested it. My neighbor was cutting their yard which is really close to me, and I couldn't hear them at all, and this is only using basic windows voice recorder. Overall, this was a good headset, but there was a slight humming/buzzing sound that I could hear in the background whether sound was playing or not. Not sure if it was a wire, a plug, or the speakers in the headset. I would have upped my ratting if it wasn't for the constant humming/buzzing. ... show more
