I'm pleased with the size and construction of this raffle drum. I use it nearly every weekend at a charity raffle and it really gets attention when I spin it to mix the tickets because the shiny, clear acrylic reflects the light and makes a sort of light show as it revolves. The acrylic is assembled perfectly so that the corners all line up and it is balanced as it spins. The only improvement I could suggest is a small handle for the locked flap, as it is hard to open without using the key as a lever.

I used this for our non profit foundation raffel. It held easily 150 to 200 raffel slips each day. It was such a great upgrade from our old method. I got the medium size one.

I first ordered a used one and had to return it because they failed to send me the keys to open up the drum They were very helpful but I had to order a brand new one. I received a $10 credit for my aggravation. The new one is perfect for our queen of hearts raffle replacing a metal bingo container that tickets were sticking in the groves. The handle comes with no instructions but there is an easy fix. Keep the plastic tube on the metal rod and screw in the nut about a half an inch on the rod. The nut does not go on the other side of the plastic handle. Then insert the rod and screw it to the plastic handle until tight. Do not overtight. Handle is now snug and the drum is easy to rotate. Another option is to not attach the metal handle and rotate the drum by hand from the sides.

Mine arrived and unpacked it a couple days later and found it has a crack. It’s not all the way through and for now it will serve its purpose. But not sure how it’s going to hold up. I have a huge fundraiser this weekend or I would send it back for replacement. No way that I could get another one before Saturday so I’m hoping for the best.
