As most, we've had dozens of phones through the years since the 90's. They got smaller, better battery life, then came touch screens, big difference. But for the past 10 years, practically speaking, except for camera improvements, they're the same. Flip open a Z-fold and now you've got a device that can replace your tablet right in your pocket with you all the time! The display is large and beautiful, propotioned square unlike most of today's football field shaped displays. Zero issues with the phone, long battery life, folds to a smaller footprint than many max or pro version phones with smaller displays and zero compatibility issues with Verizon using this renewed phone. If you feel like you keep replacing your phone every 2-3 years spending for the "new upgrade" version of your last one and ending up with just about the same thing, try a Z-fold, there's nothing else like it. ... show more

Packaging was well done. The only way you can tell it isn't a brand new phone was the screen protector film. The phone came with a charging cord and plug, which didn't work for this phone. Seller offered to send replacements but seeing as I have plenty around the house, I declined. Customer support was quick and friendly. Why pay full price? I have a new phone for almost half price.
