But the case is otherwise in perfect condition after 2 years & my phone has been protected from a few drops onto tile. I hate buying a new one & apparently you can't replace the screen cover. So I'm just going to just take the screen protector & use some glass I have for this phone directly on the screen & see how that goes. If it doesn't work I'll get a new one. I bought this case for my son's new phone. We upgraded his phone to the Samsung Galaxy S10e and wanted to protect our investment the best way possible. My son is a mechanic and is always around the garage & outdoors doing something. Since he installed this case on his device, he has dropped his phone several times, in the garage, outside, and even in the house. We are very thankful we purchased this case, even after being dropped, kicked and banged around outside and in the garage, his phone shows no signs of wear or damage at all!! This case is absolutely an amazing protective case all around, his last phone was dropped in an OtterBox Case and the screen shattered, reason being why we had to get him a new device. This case is more protective than the OtterBox and costs only a fraction of what the big name brand cases cost. The built-in screen protector looks and feels very natural and works perfectly without any issues. No glare or rainbow affect either, like the typical built-in screen protectors typically have. If you're looking for a case for your device that will live up to it's purpose, then you will not go wrong with purchasing this case. Take it from me, my son is very much an active person and has dropped his device numerous times while using this case and his phone still looks and works like new, just like the day we put it in this case. Seriously, if you're lookong for a protective case all around, buy this case, you will thank me later. Just so you know, I was not paid or compensated in any way for this review and this is truly my honest review about this phone case. I felt the need to express to others my views on this case because I know what it's like to buy something sight unseen without actually knowing if it will work or not.     • Survived a 40' drop inside wind turbine tower.

I work on wind turbines as a supervisor. I must sign off on completion of construction before the testing phase. So I get to climb the tower at the end of the day, take pictures with my phone so dropping the phone is a hazard part of my job.

I bought this case for my new S10e. I was looking for a case of two requirements: cool looking, able to show off my phone and durable. This case fitted with my needs. Since I had the prism blue color, I got the blue color case. 1. Does the case fit on the phone while having a screen protector already? Yes. My tempered glass protector was from MagGlass, one I recommend and reviewed. 2. Does the case come with an pre-installed screen protector? Yes, but come in mind it does not have that durability as a actual tempered glass since its a plastic hard film. 3. Is the back of the phone covered with this case? Yes, same with the front has a plastic film to protect and at the same time show off the phones true color. 4. Are the audio jack and charging port covered with this case? Yes, protected against dust from getting in. 5. Is the fingerprint reader or power button covered? No, for the sake of unlocking the phone with your fingerprint. 6. Does it have a punch hole for the camera? Yes, so your pictures would not have any lighting glare. 7. Does it have a cut for front speakers? Yes, not fully all the way since it has a gap in the middle being covered but thats minimal. 8. Is my stereo speaker (other speaker besides the front) covered? No. 9. Is Microphone covered? No, has cut out so mic can pick up your voice perfectly. The only bad note I have about this case is the durability of the back. A hard hit directly where the plastic film is could affect my phone. However I cant complain since I am showing off my phone and its a hybrid case. 10. Do adjust your touch screen sensitivity settings to be on high. Since I got a screen protector and this case. Its practically having a double screen shield and its logical it would have problems sensing your fingers. Simply go to "settings" > search "touch sensitivity" > and turn on. I recommend this for anyone with the new S10e. ... show more
