I just started back doing yoga. I love my mat. The color is great and I love the lotus flower, on it. I wish that it was a little thicker, just to help cushion my knees, and back. Although this thickness really helps while balancing.

I’m a yogi of 20 years and have used several mat brands, including Manduka and Prana. Ordered this mat for the designs. Used upon getting it and my hands were sliding a bit, although the mat itself was firmly on the floor. After practice, I cleaned the mat with a water/witch hazel/essential oils mix, and noticed that my hands didn’t slide at all during the second practice. I recommend using a yoga towel over this if using it for hot yoga. Otherwise, great purchase, lightweight yet cushy under the knees. I might buy another one with a different design. ... show more

I use this mat in yoga and fitness classes. The density is perfect, and even when I wear socks I don't slip. The colors and design are beautiful and I always get compliments. Easy to clean, easy to roll, and really comfortable for the back and knees, especially when placing on a hard surface.

As soon as I got the package I filled out a return request. The mat looked too thin for my needs. I decided to try it for one day just to make sure and boy did I change my mind fast. It was super grippy, and when I did back exercises of rolling my back or putting my knees on the mat, I felt zero hard wood floor. Wow, I was impressed. To top it off, I love the unique design.
