I gave this hat to a family member for a gift and this is her review. I absolutely love this winter ponytail hat! It actually stays down over my ears without sliding up, which is hard to find and makes such a difference in cold weather. My ears stay nice and warm even on windy days. Absolutely love this hat! I have been looking for a visored hat that includes ear protection for the blustery WI weather. The material is a comfortable soft fleece. Although it does not feel like thick fabric, the material prevents wind blowing in your ears and keeps them nice and warm. My ears are very sensitive to cool breezes, even on spring days, and this protects them very well. The hat is just a hair too loose for my small head but remains in place. The ear flaps can fold up without making the hat appear too bulky. There is a Velcro-ed opening in the back to thread a ponytail through. The visor is big enough to provide ample eye protection for the sunniest days. I often pair this hat under my winter jacket hood to protect my eyes from the sunny glare off the snow.

Awesome hat for the winter!

This hat is super cute super fantastic for the winter. Kept my ears warm all winter long through all those snow blizzards and I work outside love how my ponytail comes out the back and I can just still feel feminine with a hat on. It’s not only warm, but it looks great love the fact that it’s got the baseball bill on it so I don’t even need to wear sunglasses with it and it’s very comfortable hat it’s just great all around.

This is a great hat. It’s warm, soft, and comfortable. It keeps my head warm, and doesn’t make my head sweat while I’m running (which some hats do). The side ear flaps are nice and they don’t interfere with my earbuds. Plus, if it’s a warmer day, you can easily flip the ear flaps up. The ponytail opening is also helpful (although it’s really only for a high pony, which I don’t usually do, but that’s not a dealbreaker). I like it so much, I’m thinking about ordering it in a second color.

I got this hat to protect my ears while still allowing my ponytail to swing out in freedom. It is super extra good, even better and softer than I expected. This hat is made very well, nice and sturdy, it's extra thick and cozy, even in severe windstorms, you can wear it like a regular ball cap with the ear cover folded up inside, and it's a nice, deep black color. Definitely a good value for the money. It's not adjustable, but I have a very tiny head and it fits me snug. Best hat ever!
