    • Brass is good...
I used this on my 2008 Sierra with aftermarket rear Monroe Max-air shocks. The line diameter is the same so they work great and you don't have to worry about the threads on the brass valves giving out as easy as on the Monroe plastic ones. With proper assembly, these seal just fine... Note that regarding the o-ring packing, cleanliness and soapy water assembly lubrication is a must. Also, the shrader valves are not tightened into the brass housing as shipped (probably so they don't seat improperly in long-term storage without pressure). I use my regular tire valve tool to gently tighten them and they seal perfectly. ... show more

I had to add an extra o'ring to one of the connectors, otherwise it would leak down in about a week. Other than this, all parts worked as designed.

Work great for running individual air lines for your air shocks everyone is complaining they leak air they did the first time i filled them up just tighten the shrader valve inside the stem with a shrader valve tool make sure all your fittings and o rings are installed correctly and you wont have a problem both holding 140psi no problems ... show more

    • Wouldn’t hold air
Bought this kit to install on my old Roadrunner so that I could have slightly different pressure on left and right shocks. The kit looks great, but there is something wrong with the machining on the brass nipples. After airing it up, the air leaked back out through the schrader valve. Checked to make sure they were tight, which they were. I had another set of new valves so I changed the them out but they both still leaked. Ended up buying another kit from a different brand. The nipples look great, but there’s something wrong with the internal machining of the threads or seat. ... show more

    • you must read the included directions in order to get proper seal.
This kit works great. Includes everything you need to run a separate line to each air shock. The bad reviews either didn't get the parts for some reason. But most just didn't read the included directions. That is user error, not the product.

    • Work as advertised. Careful shrader valve assembly is important.
This kit lets you fill each shock separately. Just be careful when assembling the shrader valves to make sure they seat properly. Use dish soap ,not oil. As others have said. I've had them installed on my truck for a couple of months now and they are holding pressure just fine.

    • Needed the brass valve stems.
The brass valve stems are great. The Schrader valves where not tight and leaked. After tighten I could Not get air in with my air chuck. Removed valves, ground down and chamfered end. Installed valves and able add air. I'm guessing if your chuck is small enough it will open valve to add air. Not a big deal just a little hand work. 4 stars . ... show more
