We have 2 of these. One is great the other had a sharp metal wire sticking out the cut is the first time we closed the umbrella. I used plaits to bend it back but it’s odd that the other does not have the same issue.

Be careful when opening and closing. opens and closes with great force. Don't have anyone or thing above or in front of it when opening. when closing, make care you don't have your hand on the shaft. Another problem... very difficult to get back into bag. Wish perhaps another $.03 was spent on a little bigger bag so at least somewhat easy put away. Like the flaps that let wind escape. I like the look and the fact that it covers me well and whatever I'm carrying for my work day. But when I got caught in an afternoon storm, I had to hold it to keep it from bending backwards. It isn't sturdy. If it raining it's ok, but if wind is with that rain, you're going to have to hold hold it tight and hope it doesn't bend and you are getting wet while this is happening. ... show more
