I am not a competitive or world class shooter so I cannot fully speak of the accuracy of the product. I can say I see improvement when I shoot live rounds, and dry firing and live firing are giving me very similar results so this product is accurate enough for my needs and uses. Product is very easy to use and set up. I have fired at least one hundred rounds a week since I got it so it has already more than paid for itself when compared to live ammo and range costs. Included target is basic but I knew it was going to be basic before I purchased it. Basic fits me just fine. Same with the app. I can see round by round after I shoot my shots. That's all I need. There are other targets and in app purchases if you want to do extra. I just want to shoot more accurate so I do not intend to purchase any of the extra stuff. I do recommend, and I would surely buy this product again.

First of all, I bought this on sale right after Xmas, so great price. Shipping was quick and the unit was packaged properly....However, the laser did not work. I'm pretty sure there was a short on the circuit board of the laser. I worked with these things for years and I'm 99% sure that was the problem. I contacted the company by email and they were extremely courteous and very helpful, but still couldn't get it to work. They recommended returning the unit through Amazon which I did as an exchange. The new unit worked right out of the box. I'm very pleased with this purchase and this company. Highly recommended.

I want to start off by saying I absolutely love the ELMS system. It has allowed me to practice how I want to while being 100% safe. It has also allowed me to zero in red dots without burning through copious amounts of ammo. Recently I damaged the rear cap for my 9mm ELMS. I was able to bend the small metal tab that holds the rubber strike pad back to a semi-normal position but was wondering if it was possible to purchase a new rear cap from ELMS. I reached out to them directly and Eric at ELMS sent me a replacement out the next day. Truly exceptional customer service.

Bought for a 9mm. Little unfortunate most pistols need a rerack in between shots (bought this as a gift for my mother who sometimes has trouble racking and getting to a range). Nice that it slows down shots to focus on accuracy otherwise. Neat toy for when your stuck at home and cant go practice but otherwise I'd still say live fire is better practice. Don't get the feel of recoil with this either so staying spot on without resetting yourself is an easy bullseye everytime.
