After adopting 2 pups, we needed a specific place for them to do their business outdoors. This metal fence with 2 gates did the trick. We bought artificial turf 5'x12' and laid it inside the fence. The fence was so easy to put together, thought it is not a permanent-type fence. It is working great for our needs, and the 2 gates are a bonus. The package came with everything you need to put the fence together, which took about 15 minutes. No more dirty paws tracking inside. We bought the 24" high fence, and before long the dogs might be able to jump out, but that will not be a problem for us. It's rust resistant, but there are a few spots where it looks like it's beginning to rust slightly. Perfect solution for us thus far. ... show more

I needed a short, removable fence to keep a very active puppy out of my garden. When she grows up and is no longer interested in tearing up flower beds, I want to be able to remove it. This fence turned out to be perfect for my needs. Looks nice, easy to install, plenty strong to keep out puppies. I was concerned about installing it, because we live in the Phoenix area, where our soil is mostly caliche. Caliche is roughly comparable in consistency to concrete. But after punching holes for the rods with a screwdriver and letting water stand in the holes a few hours, the rods went in easily. For people who have normal soil, this fence should be easy-peasy to install. Probably wouldn't keep out large animals like deer, but fortunately I don't have to worry about anything larger than puppies. ... show more

I have no regrets on this purchase. It was greatly needed and used daily with a new puppy in the house that was not ready to have free roam in the backyard. I expected some rust to develop based on prior reviews, and I would consider the rust, thus far, to be minor.

I purchased several of these to protect my vegetable patch from rabbits and other backyard critters. Good quality and easy to assemble. It save me a lot of time from building a DIY fence. The latch on the gate is easy to lock and unlock. I like how I can adjust the shape of the fencing from a square to a rectangle to an octagon depending on the amount of space that I have in the yard. I purchased this fence to keep my 2 dogs away from a 40ft hydrangea hedge I am creating. I only need it to last 3 years .I feel by then the drift should be established. I don't plan to set it up until the spring because we are going into winter. I opened the box and it appears to be easy to set up and stronger than a wire fence.
