Not accurate. Has not tracked sleep accurately. Unsure about the rest of its functions at this point. Will not charge after less than a month. Pure garbage. And unable to get customer support.

This is a nice-looking ring that goes well with any kind of outfits. I like the sleek, minimalist design. The sizing is true and accurate, so I was able to get a perfect fit. The ring is comfortable to wear, and most of the time I don't even feel that I am wearing one. It tracks heart rate, blood oxygen, step count, and analyzes sleep quality. The app makes it easy to read the health data, and it updates the info continuously. Two methods of charging are provided, with the cord and with the storage box. I really liked the storage box, which keeps the ring safe when I am not wearing it, and it charges the ring too. The battery life is great. The ring can last for days without charging. This is the first “smart" thing I get that can monitor my healthy indicators. I can get my heart rate, blood oxygen, and HRV index. To impress me more, it can show my sleep quality score. With this, I can know how my sleep goes!! I should get it earlier for this. It is pretty easy to setup, scan the QR code from the user manual to install the app on my phone. It connects the ring within seconds, and it was ready to go. With a "ring" on my finger is a different experience, need spend time to get use to it. ... show more
