I used these to laser cut and place as inlays for red oak artwork. It's thin enough, yet sturdy, and it worked well with what I wanted it to do. It also cut easily using laser, and glued ok with no issues. It was sanded with the red oak too with no problem

I bought these to mount 4x6 photos on and was very excited to get them! Until I held it up to a photo. These wood panels only measure 3.75 x 5.75. Which maybe wouldn’t be a huge deal for some applications but that’s a pretty big loss for photos.
