I have a 39 in. waist so I bought an XL. I can wear this all day. This "waist cincher" is soft, breathable and it even helps my lower back. I would definitely recommend this IF you order the correct size. Someone thatr is only beginning to wear one of these should not go tighter or stiffer until they train themselves to.

It has a good grip on my body and it feels comfortable. I like the holes around the belt since they allow air to come in and it doesn't end up being a dripping mess. I don't feel any discomfort when moving around and I can feel it making me sweat more in my core. I like this item and so far it hasn't been causing me any issues. This is something I use every time I go for a walk or run outside.

I have a fluffy midsection after putting on a little weight last year. I also have scoliosis which has caused my left hip to sit up higher in the past few years. That's what I'm pointing at in my pic. As you can see, the dip is a little bigger on that side. So I needed a 2 for 1 with shapewear. I'm 5'9, 175 lbs., and usually wear a large in tops and bottoms but I ordered an xl as recommended by the size chart. Perfect fit! 👌🏾 So far, I can only use the 1st set of hooks but I get SO much compression from that that I don't mind at all. There's just enough stretch to secure the shapewear easily while keeping the compression tight. I'm impressed with how much it snatches my waist while also not being uncomfortable at all. Also, for my personal health issue, it actually takes away pain because it gives my back the support it needs. So this works like a brace as well as a corset for me. I HIGHLY recommend these, especially considering the price!

I've been trying to waist train off and on and I can tell you how expensive some of these waist trainers are. These are a steal! I'm not impressed that I am a size "6X" in this brand though. I'm usually a size 18/20. The "metal bones" inside are not that strong. I can feel them caving in to the pressure of my fat folds. I can't vouge for how long they will be able to fight staying straight. You know how the bones end up rolling over time. Although it was said it wouldn't, I think that when your a certain size, it might be unavoidable, unless you go all out and invest in some really expensive trainers. I honestly give 5 stars though because first of all you get what you pay for, and they work as intended and it's a 2 for 1 deal. Great for someone looking to get started.
