Great job on explaining step by step how to start using fusion. Some of the diagrams are a little small on some pages as examples of what you are selecting but thumbing back to the larger picture works. I'm lucky that I have an expert I can ask about how to use Fusion 360, but if I didn't I'd now have this book. What I wanted it for was a reference book on how to use Fusion 360 since I like to be able to look in a book for what to use. (Note: This book is written after the interface change in Fusion 360 so describes the new way of doing things.) This book also provides examples as either worked problems or tutorials. I wanted to like the book, but its either already out dated due to f360 updating quickly, or its just not walking you though the "exercises " as it should. I found it to be a bit hard to follow it shows a picture of what a command does but not how or where those commands actually are. There are gaps from one process to the other or it has nebulous explanations as to what to do. IN a book that assumes no prior knowledge of 3d design it feels like the ideas just are not being conveyed correctly. There is no room for ambiguity when trying to learn something this complex and deep. ... show more
