Bought this for my daughter for Christmas, was finally able to put it together the 2nd week of January because a whole piece was missing. The piece came and each corner was cracked, and as we were putting it together we noticed almost all of the wooden dowels were also missing. Ended up tossing the item. However, customer service was 10000% They were easy to reach via email, consistent on their replies, and offered to send a new piece (though it was too late), and offered compensation. I probably would buy their products again....after much consideration.

Product came just as described, looks great. Took awhile to put together, but I didn't mind that. The only thing is I did not expect the package to be literally 100lbs. I know, I should have assumed, and I did expect it to be heavy, but it didn't say anywhere on the listing how heavy it actually was. I live in a third story walk up so it was very difficult to get up all those stairs. But honestly totally worth the struggle cause it's ✨ perfect ✨

They changed the design of this vanity. We've ordered one in the past and the lights attached through the mirror and looked nice and clean with no wires showing. This one has you using double sided tape to attach the lights with the wires showing on the mirror. The photo they use makes it look as if the wires are in perfectly straight lines and don't look like wires, but this is near impossible to do. No refund policy from seller. I'd consider this deceptive advertising. We ordered this a second time because we wanted the exact same one as before, but we were very disappointed to learn of this design change. Easy to break. Do not use any power tools and hand tighten mildly when assembling. One of the parts didn't have holes drilled correctly and we asked for a replacement part, which they shipped - in the wrong color (black). We've yet to receive a replacement for the replacement part. Shopping for something different. Thumbs down.

Overall it does look nice once you assemble it - something that was a pain to do. It doesn’t feel like amazing quality, some of the pieces I got were already scratched/chipped, and then with how the lightbulbs/lighting works for this vanity, it makes it a little hard to clean the entirety of the mirror. Wouldn’t really recommend unless it was for a preteen/teen who needs a nice thing but nothing too fancy.
