The PVC tube is made from recycled plastic and is tested for its durability. There is no foul smell, durable and the material is the most stable amongst the medium density composite woods. exactly like picture it took me less than an hour to build it not that i was timing myself so im not too sure but i know it didnt take long i would say the instructions are easy to read its just the pictures could be alittle better because some of the parts are so small its hard to make sure youre doing the right thing but when i hit that problem i just skipped that step so i didnt do the wrong thing and hoped the next step(s) would help clarify what i was confused about and it did! this isnt a paid review and id add a pic but im on my laptop and thats too much work but i just came to say its nice and i love it picasso. ps the instructions tell you how much weight you can put on each part of it but i wanted to use it for something in particular which may be heavier than recommened so ill be back to update on usage and wear after ... show more

I purchased the Espresso computer desk for my teen son back in December 2021. It's now mid March 2022 and is holding up well with daily use. I wanted something small and affordable, that would match his other Espresso bedroom furniture, and had some sort of storage space. I went back and forth between this and a few others from the brand, and am pretty happy with my choice. Set up is very easy. My husband didn't realize it came with instructions, and had it set up in 15 minutes without them. The styrofoam packaging was an annoying mess to deal with, but every piece was accounted for and in perfect condition. The desk is sturdy, without any wobbling. We are using a simple folding chair, which fits perfectly. There isn't much leg room, so I don't know that a typical wheeled desk chair would fit, but there is enough leg room for my 5'7 165lb son to sit comfortably. There is just enough desk room to use his laptop, with a separate keyboard and mouse. I do wish this had a keyboard tray, however, having the 4 side shelves makes up for that. Overall, I do recommend this desk- for its affordability, style, and simple set up. It will work well in small spaces, for kids or smaller adults. I have 3 side tables from this same brand, that I purchased over 3 years ago, and they still look new. I typically use a microfiber cloth to clean off my Furinno furniture, but I have also used Clorox wipes and Murphy's Oil Soap, without issue. Though, I'm guessing, if it gets too wet, too often, the finish will bubble. However, if you need affordable furniture, that won't be put through a ton of wear and tear, this brand has decent products! ... show more

It wasn’t the best material it looked nice in the picture but it wasn’t what I hoped. It seems this company always sends damaged items I ordered 2 different pieces of furniture from this company and twice had to send back or call fr parts bc the items were damaged.

So here's the scoop....when I initially received this package, it was damaged. One of the boards was broken so I decided to do an exchange and give a 2nd chance since the price was unbeatable. The reasons for my high rating are.... 1.) I received my replacement table super fast, faster than I expected 2.) The finished product looks awesome! And 3.) It was super easy to assemble. I did however wait until I assembled the second table before returning the original one and I'm glad I did because the second desk was missing some items like the screws and a couple of other small things. This is not for every day use by adults who are over 5 feet tall. You can barely put weight on the desk. Great for kids or short leg people. Over priced at $45. My biggest problem with this product is the material is so cheap, and damage from the factory. It was very easy to assemble, that was the best thing I can say about this product. No way should you put two full size monitors on this flimsy desk. It can be done, I don't recommend it though. One thing for sure you get what you pay for. It doesn't have drawers as someone previously said in another review. In the age of home schooling, yes this desk is perfect for k-5th grade kids. I am not 100% against this product, because it does have some value for someone. It is also being used for a monitor keyboard, mouse, and small lamp, my chair doesn't fit. I gave 5 stars for small space. The shelve space is good another 5 stars. Quality of material 0 stars 🤐. 5 stars for ease of assembly. Easy to assemble though I wish it had come with the tools. It’s a great size and not bulky taking up a lot of space in the width and the shelves are very handy. Have had it about 2 months and no issues. Quality is good for the price and has a nice color.
