The storage organizer took 10 days to arrive, which would have been fine, except three of the pieces were damaged - large dents and tarnished finish. This would also have been fine if customer service were in any way helpful. I contacted customer service, explained the situation and was told they would contact me within 3 business days because they had to see if they had stock. For something that is mass-produced I was surprised, but patiently waited. At the time of writing, it has been 7 business days since my initial chat. About 4 hours prior to writing this review, I contacted customer service and went through the exact same script and was promised someone would contact me "shortly". I will not be holding my breath, and I will not be ordering from Furinno again and I would recommend others don't buy their products either. Perhaps the worst customer service experience I've had in 10+ years. ... show more
