  • Solid, strong, well designed and thought out product. Truly impressed!
Wow, this is impressive! I got this inflatable paddle board and I was a little bit skeptical at first. I thought, I mean it will probably be good, but maybe a little bit mushy. NOT AT ALL! It is rock solid, I only inflated it to 10 PSI and not all the way to maximum 15 and it feels like a real board. I weigh 225 pounds and I am standing on it like it’s solid, no movement. I used to surf when I lived in California and it really feels real, incredible!! What is amazing about it is how it can feel so solid and yet it folds up into that backpack I am wearing in the photo. And, not to mention all the pieces, the pump, the paddle, the skags, everything fits in that backpack. The backpack has an inner strap to hold everything together, and a belly strap across the front that you clasp. It’s light weight so the pack feels comfortable on my back. One thing that I wonder is if I can inflate it with an electric pump. It has its own special inflation nozzle, but it is detachable from the hand pump, and that screws in, so I am sure something could be rigged up. That said it took me about 7 minutes and 30 seconds to inflate it up to 10psi, not too bad, but yeah I would like to figure out an electric pump situation. Taking it down was even faster, I was able to deflate it and fold it up and put it in the backpack in 3 minutes and 30 seconds, and I was not racing. Really impressive! The oar has a plastic handle and blade but the pole itself is metal and probably aluminum as it is light but thick. Does feel solid. It is also 7’ long and adjustable with CM measurements on the side. It really feels like a quality made board with quality materials and you can tell they put some thought into their design, the backpack is bigger than it needs to be which makes things fast. It comes with a manual that is a thick book in many languages, 12 pages of English that I didn’t need to consult, except for the pressure which is actually right on the board. It has a leash and 3 skags, the skags have locking mechanisms in them that hold them in place. There is also a bag holder on the top, 5 metal loops on the bottom with one in the front attach a rope and 5 on the top with one in the back. Also there is a foot strap in the middle of the board. I have not yet reviewed another board so I cannot talk to the value of this board at the price it is. It seems to be about right, maybe a little higher by about 15%, but I am impressed with what it is and what you get with the quality. I’m very happy! ... show more

  • Funwater ultra-light SUP
I've been paddleboarding for years and have a pretty expansive collection of boards so I'm always happy to try something different. The upgraded 11" center fin makes a lot more of a difference than I'd expected. The responsiveness of the board is noticeably sharper and quicker than those i have with the standard 7" fins. There's one river I love to paddle which has some aggressive turns and eddies which were a lot easier to negotiate with this board than what I'm used to. The board itself sits nicely on the water and has a smooth glide. It's very stable and the elevation on the nose helps it to just skip right over any wake from passing boats or the river itself. The listing says it has 9 D-rings, but there are actually 10 with 5 on top and 5 on the bottom, not including the ones that hold the deck bungee. The deck padding is good and makes for a comfortable and foot-sure paddle even when it's wet. The paddle that's included can be broken down into 3 pieces and fits easily into the carrying bag along with the board, pump, etc. Overall I'm really impressed with the board's performance and I love the pink on white color combination with the tiki head graphic. This setup has everything you need to get on the water. The only things I'd have liked to see would be an end piece to turn the single paddle into a double ended kayak style and the inclusion of a matching seat would have been really great for those of us who also like to use our board's like kayaks sometimes. ... show more

  • Lightweight, Fun, and Perfect for Beginners!
I recently got the FunWater Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board, and I’m genuinely impressed. The board feels incredibly lightweight yet sturdy on the water, and the 10’6" length makes it easy to balance, even for a beginner like me. I love that it comes with everything I need—adjustable paddle, pump, fins, and a backpack. Inflation is quick and simple, and deflating it for storage or transport is just as easy. The deck has a nice non-slip texture, which keeps me confident while paddling or turning. I’ve taken it on lakes and calm rivers, and it handles surprisingly well. It’s also very portable thanks to the backpack, so I can easily take it on trips or store it in my car. My only small note is that on really choppy water, it can feel a bit wobbly, but that’s expected for an inflatable beginner-friendly board. Overall, it’s a fun, versatile, and convenient paddleboard that’s perfect for anyone looking to get into SUP without breaking the bank. ... show more

  • Just like a solid one but better!
The media could not be loaded. I live in FL by the Weeki Wachee River and kayaking is a standard here, but the only problem with that is lugging the kayaks around. I was thinking about getting a paddle board but it would be the same thing, lugging them around and then trying to find space the them in an already crowded garage. This is where and inflatable paddle board comes in and satisfies all your needs. It’s relatively lightweight and easy to put in and out of the water and you can deflate and store it when you’re not using it. The board itself is impressive and feels sturdy and stable. Since it’s a little chilly here still I haven’t officially used it in the river, but I did sit on it in my pool. For safety reasons I didn’t want to stand up just in case I lost my balance, but it really felt stable and didn’t feel like an inflatable item. The fins are nicely built and slipped on easily and secure in place with a locking clip. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the paddle sinks. It was literally underwater in less than 2 minutes, but what do you expect for a metal pole. I think I’m going to fill the upper part of the pole by the handle with expanding foam to give it extra buoyancy. You will also want to buy an electric pump because I got an incredible triceps workout from just pumping this thing up; it took 15 minutes and by time you get to 12 psi your heat. But all in all I’m super happy with this paddle board and will be ordering a couple more for when friends come to visit. It’s well worth the $250 price tag. ... show more
